Q&As

First, we have a discovery call; we will discuss the particulars of your project and my background and processes; if you decide LPI could be a good fit, I will schedule a time to come to your home or space to do a paid consultation for $425.00. During that consultation, we will discuss your project in greater detail; nothing is held back; I will give you suggestions and answer any questions you may have. This consultation does not include any drawings or furniture specifications.
After a consultation, I have enough information (scope of work) and can give you a design fee for your project; this is what it will cost to provide a design solution. This does not include purchasing furniture, finishes, or art/accessories.
For a residential project, I charge a flat fee for the design, have a minimum spend for any furniture, finishes, and art/accessories, and charge hourly for project management.
Commercial projects are priced on a per/SF basis. I also purchase/procure any furniture for the project and will project manage (PM) the projects.

I do not have a specific design style I design to, each project is unique since each person using that space is unique. Listening to my clients, and understanding their needs is the best way to design the perfect space.

I have been doing this work since I could open a paint can and hold a brush. At a very young age, I understood that a space could evoke emotion and feelings based on color, and light. I knew that was something I wanted to be a part of, I have had my firm for 12 years however in this business for over 25 years.

The love of design and the ability to positively impact a person just by changing their surroundings whether it is a residential or commercial project, this is achieved by using the right lightning, colors, textures and shapes that enhance a space.

For my residential and commercial clients, I have many years of experience and have developed processes that have led to successful projects. I have years of education and have passed the NCIDQ exam. I keep up with the newest trends in design and all the local codes. I believe in communication. by genuinely listening to and asking questions, my clients are given personal attention and the attention to detail they deserve.

Yes, I presented design meetings and weekly check-ins online.

I have been vaccinated and boosted; I will wear a mask if it makes my clients feel safe and secure. I have also had design meetings and check-ins online.
