My first time meeting with a Spell caster and I have to say, it's really worth it. It had been 6months since my husband left me without saying anything. All thanks to Dr Tunde I was able to connect with my husband again with his powerful reunion love spell and now he loves me more than he used to. Eternally grateful with The Great Dr tunde I highly recommend, His contact details babatundesolutioncentre1@gmail.com or on his WhatsApp number +2348143581382 More...

I am extremely grateful to have Lisa as a connection, as the phenomenal help she gave me today was second to none. She is extensively knowledgeable and very kindly gave me education in relation to the repercussions of brain injuries, which was in depth, informative and incredibly helpful. She is clearly passionate and at the top of her game and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Thank you again Lisa and keep up the excellent work. . More...

Lisa is an excellent counselor. If anyone is considering therapy but they hesitate for whatever reason, please, for your own sake, give Lisa a try. Her first session is free so you can both test each other out risk-free.
Lisa worked with me for two years, give or take a month or so. When we started I was someone who was had no boundaries, who wasn't taking care of themselves, who suffered from severe depression, and who struggled to function due to the enormous weight of their combined depression/anxiety. I couldn't even admit I was valuable as a human being. After two years I know my limits and I can enforce my boundaries. Lisa helped me to communicate my emotional needs to my loved ones, thereby improving my relationship with them and my overall well being. I still suffer from depression and anxiety, but I understand that they are part of my long-term illness and I am much more capable of managing my symptoms than I was two years ago. I still struggle to value myself, but that struggle is no longer a deeply painful weight that I carry every day. In short, my overall mental well being dramatically improved in the time I spent with her.
Lisa is such a warm, kind, compassionate, empathetic person. She is the only therapist I have ever had that hugs her clients. Even now I miss her very much. However, I know I am moving on to further improve myself and my self-care practices. I am so grateful that my work with Lisa was so incredibly successful.

I met Lisa just under a year ago having been recommended by my GP
After losing my beloved son in traumatic circumstances 3 months earlier. ..I was a broken Mother ...I wouldn't be where I am today without Lisa's help enabling me to process my Grieving with coping strategies & mindfulness techniques
To help me through my day to day living
My life will never be the same nor would I want it to be but Lisa has taught me ways of coping with the loss of my Son & to move forward slowly forward
I'm well aware of the "ups & downs" his loss causes me but through Lisa's guidance I have ways that I can implement thus enabling me to be able to deal with these feelings
I owe all this to Lisa ..she has been wonderful to quote her leaflet " she has walked my path with me with great care compassion & understanding"
I highly recommend Lisa without her I wouldn't of made the grade!!...Thank you

I'd urge anyone who wanted or needed therapy to go see Lisa. Lisa has been a very good friend of mine for almost a decade now and while she has never "treated" me she has been there through some of the most horrific times with me. We almost lost our youngest daughter when she was weeks old (and preterm) thankfully my husband was quick to start cpr which ultimately saved her life but it was such a difficult time with a lengthy hospital stay in intensive care. I would not have come through that journey the way I have done without Lisa. Not just while it was happening but in the months to follow and coping with the aftermath. Always on hand, always a calming influence in my life and gives so much of herself to help others. To Lisa this isn't just a job, it's what she was born to do, what she has always done, listen, support, encourage and enable. I am beyond blessed to have her in my life not just for all the amazing coping strategies she's taught me over the years either! I wouldn't be the person I am today without our paths crossing all those years ago. She's just as good a friend as she is a counsellor, compassionate, truthful, not one to give up and completely non judgemental and an awesome confidence keeper. You won't go wrong with this lady! I was very sceptical about whether counselling could benefit me, but Lisa has helped me a lot. Keeping calm under pressure and not falling into deep rooted negative thinking patterns. I would happily recommend her to anyone, the first meeting is free so there is nothing to lose. More...

Q&As

I often meet people who are struggling through the hardest times in their lives, the most rewarding part of my job is supporting people through this and seeing them come out the other side feeling much better able to move forward.

Having worked for the NHS and counselling agencies I understood the frustration of hitting targets set by an agency and filling in forms each session which feel useless to the client.
I believe people ought to be able to choose their therapist based on their skills, experience, reputation and personal preference, and play an active part in the choices involved in therapy and recovery. I can offer you this as a private independent therapist.

I offer everyone a free initial 40 minute consultation to explore your circumstances, for us to discuss your therapeutic options and allow you to make a no obligation decision if I am the best therapist for you.

Services

The relationship between myself as a supervisor and you as a supervisee will be a unique one. You'll bring your own learning style, experience, perhaps some fears as well as confidences – I'll offer you my experience, training, networking and knowledge.

I'll respond to your needs as I'm able within professional boundaries which we will both be responsible for respecting.

I'm a real person, and I have a sense of humour! I also have fears, confidences and insecurities which I take responsibility to challenge or work through supportively in my own supervision or therapy. Yes, I am human too.

I'll be interested in hearing what it is you would like or need from me as your supervisor.

Perhaps you’re not sure yourself yet, so a place to begin might be to look at your needs, aspirations, ways of working, or current requirements of work or study you may be under taking.

You may be just beginning your journey and looking for support and encouragement through placements and study. Your first supervisor is an important choice and will be a unique and new working relationship. Why not contact me to meet initially to talk through your requirements, hopes, expectations and to answer any questions you may have?

If you are an experienced practitioner you may already be clear what you are looking for, or considering a supervisor different in approach to what you have experienced previously to challenge or stretch you in new ways. You may be in the early stages of exploring your future options when your time with your current supervisor comes to an end. I'd be happy to explore these options with you.

What might you experience or wish to bring to supervision?

It can be helpful to look at a particular skill you may wish to develop – perhaps assessment, contracting, evaluating or giving feedback, or maybe focus on strengthening a particular way of working you have less experience with. You might be looking for a safe and supportive place to learn and grow where we can both offer and receive challenge. I’d be happy to work with you to achieve this, whatever your level of experience.

Supervision can change in focus over a period of time, or even during a session. It may involve support, ethics, development, case management, containment, modelling, transference, power dynamics, shame, safeguarding, blind spots, monitoring or evaluation – the list is endless.

Supervision is the safe place to explore your worries or concerns about a piece of work, a theme or an issue, to access help if you feel stuck or overwhelmed and importantly it is also a place to celebrate the work you are doing and cherish the progress you and your clients make.

I'd like you to remember if we decide to work together you will have my commitment to your development and well-being which I would hope would enable you to express your doubts or fears. This is a very valuable part of supervision at times. Often it is when we are at our most fragile we can be at our best as a practitioner and I'd love to be alongside you as you experience this development and growth.
