Booked the 10 sessions package for cellulite treatment with Cleuza. She is very professional, knowledgeable and caring. Every time I come she will look at how previous treatments have worked and will tailor further treatments to my body and the results. She always give me very good advice on nutrition and exercise and is always a pleasure to come see her. I like the fact that she cares about my environment and habits and tries to understand so that she can give the best advice and suggestions. It is always nice to come for a little chat, she is very pleasant. In terms of the treatment, she has several machines and techniques to make the cellulite treatment work. And let me tell you, she really does try everything for best results, from cavitation to suction cups, but also infrared sauna and lymphatic massage. She combines everything for best results and so far i have seen some improvements although not as fast as i would have hoped (hence the 4 stars) BUT that might be related to other issues on my side. The lady called Cleuza is very good at her job I like the deep tissue massage, it helps me for my weight training if you feel tight and your flexibility is gone then get treated with a deep tissue massage. Thanks Cleuza.

I went to my first ever Deep Tissue massage today (5th Nov 2016) as I felt my back was feeling a little fragile from all the heavy weight lifting I have been previously doing at my gym. I checked online for massage therapies in Bromley and came across Lirio Therapy and was impressed with the website and reviews. On the day I called a lovely lady called Clueza who was happy to provide me with a Deep Tissue massage at very short notice (around one hour!).

When I meet Clueza we went into a nice small room and pretty much got down to it. Long story short, the massage was absolutely amazing. Recently my back has been clicking from doing squats and Clueza knew these areas, without me telling her, and she was putting my muscles tensions back into place! She is also amazing because during the massage she goes for the muscles that are very tense and focuses on that tense muscle until you start to feel no tension at all and start to feel relaxed. Clueza also gave me valuable insight that my legs were the most tense, which I certainly agree, and need to do more stretches, which I will do.

I was absolutely delighted with my Deep Tissue massage and highly recommend Clueza for her professional massage services; especially if you are body building. Not only will I use her services again but will also encourage my friends to come along next time as well. Thanks again Clueza. More...

I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Cleuza, and have done many times.
I first visited her about three years ago for a massage when I had a bad back, and left feeling in tip-top shape.
Since then I have been to see Cleuza regularly, with the odd lapse.
Just recently I had been suffering from a sore lower back, aching shoulders and a stiff neck - the discomfort was such that, although keen cyclist, I was unable to take to my bike.
I rang Cleuza and got the first available appointment. Although my neck and shoulders were REALLY knotted and tight, I felt appreciably better after the first session.
I booked for a week later, and again felt improvement to my upper body.
Returning a fortnight on for a third appointment, again for a one-hour session, I felt completely back to normal at the end of the massage.
I am now sleeping well and this week have done 90 miles on the bike, with no adverse effects whatsoever.
Cleuza's massage technique of destressing and working the muscles works really well - and her service represents excellent value.
If, like me, you suffer the effects of a sedentary job - stress and stiffness to the upper body - then I thoroughly recommend that you visit Cleuza, whose healing hands will have you back to your best in no time.
