Just wanted to say how good the Christmas Party was. Food was good, most food at large hotel Xmas parties is inedible but this was good, lots and lots of staff so everything came out hot. The band were absolutely brilliant and the DJ was really good as well. With added extras of a drink on arrival and a really good quality photobooth it was really good value for money. What a lovely day we have just had Thankyou. The facilities are brilliant. I booked for my husband and I to have a spa day with the fig and vanilla mud rasul experience with the 3 course lunch. I would definitely recommend a visit we both feel so relaxed after our day. The lady Tamsin on the desk was very helpful friendly and informative. The food was really good. Just back from an overnight stay, could not believe how big the place actually is, our room was very nice and clean, the food was amazing had the 3 course evening meal which was fab, so was the breakfast this morning, overall would highly recommend and will definitely go back

Restaurant by far the best part of our stay, staff couldn’t be more attentive and professional and food was excellent at evening meal and breakfast. Made up for the staff in the hotel and spa who were both dismissive and we had to ask for details on breakfast times and location and how to get into the spa as we were left standing while staff chatted about other guests and dressing gowns. Room was clean and equipped and modern, but the bed was very hard pillows were like sand bags, and slamming doors at 5:30am not ideal. Good value for money through an external company. More...

just back from another fantastic weekend away at the Lion Quays, stumbled on this spa about 4 years ago and it's now our spa twice a year, wouldn't go anywhere else, rooms are gorgeous, spa is unbeatable and the food/drinks at the waterside restaurant are fantastic, I would highly recommend x
