Pulled into this garage last week (13/12/19) to ask for help after something had come loose underneath my car and was hanging down scraping on the ground. I could see that they were very busy but after explaining to the very nice lady in reception, she straight away said she would get it looked at. It was the trim that had come loose after I was driven off the road and forced up a kerb earlier that day. I waited no more than 20 minutes and was then handed my keys back and told all had been fixed with no charge. I was gob smacked but very grateful. The staff at this garage were all very busy but professional and at no point showed any signs of being under pressure given how busy the garage was. Great customer service from this place. They couldn't repair my tyre but did get me back on the road in under 30min. They ordered a new tyre to match my unused new spare and then fitted the following day.

Absolute Spot On. Had a Puncture in my Tyre on the way to a Job in Leighton Buzzard, asked several ppl for the nearest Tyre Garage, pointed me Here. Not only did they Repair my 3 Punctures in the same Tyre, even let me wait with my Dog in there office who met Benji there Lab. I went in the other day expecting to have all 4 tyres changed on my work van, it was recently purchased and I was advised to change the tyres by someone else. They could of taken £340 that day but I was assured that the tyres were fine, not cracked walls as I was told, they are commercial tyres and it had had been kerbed a few times by the previous owner. They even ordered me in 4 tyres after making a phone call to them the day before, one tyre did need changing but I was told the tread is too good and there is no reason to change them, I will definitely use Linslade tyres for my courier business from now on. Absolutely fantastic customer service! I stopped by on Tuesday morning (after my AA rescuer recommended them) in urgent need of new tyres and a repair, and they squeezed me in as soon as I arrived. I've had some really dire experiences in the past at other car service centres, where the staff have been patronising and sexist towards me, but the mechanics at Linslade couldn't have been more helpful, not only explaining what needed doing but physically showing me the issues too. These guys are amazing, I had a flat tyre at 4:30pm and upon calling, they said they'd be able to help me if I arrived before 5pm. True to word, they fixed my tyre in 15 mins and also made sure I knew my way out as I'd not been to Leighton Buzzard before. It was also a great deal cheaper than I had expected as they repaired the tyre and didn't need to replace it. I put my car in for an MOT and service today for the second time, Unfortunatley it needed more done than I thought. lucy and Andy and all the team where fantastic, They immediatley offered me the use of their company van as I am going on holiday and needed to do a few things.
