Ana has been an absolute star helping us sell our house. She has had our interests at heart from the start and has always delivered 110%. She is approachable, has always been professional but remained very friendly, and I personally feel like I have gained a friend during what should be a very stressful time. She has responded to calls and emails without hesitation and helped me to remain calm in times of worry and feel happy! We have rented a 1 bedroom apartment with Linley & Simpson Ripon for the past year, from the start all of the staff in there have been so lovely and proffesional, our application process was dealt with quickly and efficiently and we we had the keys to our new property within just a couple of weeks. If we have ever needed any help with anything they have all been quick to respond and organise things for us. They have an excellent telephone and email manner.Our check out process has been really simple as they have emailed us information on how to get our deposit back with a detailed list of how to clean the apartment throughly.I would give the staff here a 10/10Thankyou so much for looking after us! I would like to state that my experience with Linley and Simpson (Chapel A.) has been nothing but exceptional. I am an experienced property developer, developing moderate to large-scale sites over last 10 years. This has involved a lot of liaison with various agents throughout Leeds. I must say that L&S were excellent from the outset. A great renting experience from a great, friendly bunch of staff! I have been a tenant with Linley & Simpson Saltaire for over three years and they have been helpful from the word go. They took a chance with me as i had no rental experience before so they gave me a six month tenancy to start off with and then because of my good tenancy, they allowed me to renew my tenancy agreement for another three years! It was only a few days ago that I found out that my landlord sold my apartment to someone else who is now looking after the tenancy himself, but i would definitely go back to L&S above anyone else for their professionalism, their range of great properties available, and their flexible approach to their clients!
