Most recently I attended the charter bus to Keystone, and it was the best day on the mountain yet! Ive been a resident at Line 28 for almost 2 years now and love it!Location is fabulous -- Little Man, Lola, Mizu, Linger, Postino, Recess. ..walking distance to downtown. Amenities are great! Pool is nice and is never super crowded outside of some holidays. Work space option is great & the roof top is the best in the area:)Id love to keep Line28 a neighborhood secret but I highly suggest it to anyone apartment hunting near the area! More...

Stop looking if your shopping for apartments. We have looked all over the Lohi neighborhood for a great apartment building with friendly staff and amenities that we would actually use. We found it at Line 28. You cannot beat the location especially with Mizu Sushi Restaurant right below! The parking is ample and always heated even on those 30 degree days. The roof is the best and the gym is always clean. The apartments are updated and feel new even though this building is a couple years old. More...

My husband and I toured several buildings in Lohi before choosing Line28. We kept going back to this one as it included all of the amenities, views, and within walking distance to everything! You can even go downstairs to Mizu if you have a craving for Ramen or modern sushi. The rooftop is the best in the area with a BBQ, lounge chairs, and views of the city and mountains. The management team is extremely friendly and helpful! They respond quickly if we ever need anything. Maintenance is always on top of keeping the quarters clean and well maintained. I love everything about Line28—the people, the location, the service, the apartments. Literally everything. From the very beginning, Letty, the building's leasing agent, was responsive, attentive and helpful. She is amazing and a joy to work with. Sidney and the rest of the team are on point, taking prompt care of issues as they arise and keeping the building informed when we need to be. And entertained, the building throws some great parties for its residents! The neighborhood is vibrant and the location is prime, with access to great restaurants and bars, as well as the highways/rest of Denver and beyond. The building is pet-friendly, so it's great for the pooch (Little Man Ice Cream even has doggie scoops.) I cannot say enough good things about Letty, Sidney, the team and the building. More...

My partner and I moved here in April, and I have never been met with such a welcoming and helpful staff here. Seriously, they are amazing. I walk dogs around Denver, and have been most of the other competitors leasing offices and buildings, and let me tell you, they DO NOT compare. The location cannot be beat, walking distance to anything you desire, including some of the BEST and most popular restaurants in Denver.There's no hot tub, which was a downer for us, but the rooftop? Amazing. There's so many places in this building to host a party or just have friends hangout. The tenants here are also really great, and we have easily made friends through the events they hold (free drinks, food, entertainment.)We love living here and honestly, it's the best place I have ever lived.
