I had 22 people for Thanksgiving dinner with several staying on site and all of them here for the entire weekend. I started out by hurting my back on Wednesday. Needless to say at the end of the weekend I was not only stressed but overwhelmed at the job ahead of me. My daughter found Top Notch cleaning. I sent an email and got an immediate response with availability. They showed up on time and did such a fantastic job that my stress level went to zero. If you want a prompt and reliable cleaning, this is who to hire. We're had other cleaning services who screwed up our schedule when they didn't come, always with a lot of excuses. Lindsay was great to work with from the very beginning until after it was all done. I only had a few days to get my rental property fixed up for my new tenant and she came through for us in every way. She was very punctual, reliable, flexible, responsive and hard working. There were several things that came up unexpectedly and she made sure to address every issue correctly. Her husband also painted the interior of my house for a reasonable rate and everything was finished as promised. First off, Lindsay communicates so well from start to finish. Her website is Amazing and easy to navigate and I liked being able to book online. She was very professional, outgoing and affordable. She did a few cleans for my business in past, I own a Construction Co, All I can say is WOW! Not a speck of dust anywhere, moved appliances, reached high ceilings and walls, no problem. I needed a quality cleaner at the last minute and Lindsay saved the day! She was able to fit in a "move-in" cleaning, which involved a detailed, deep clean of the house. During the clean, she noticed a leak in the dishwasher. We were out of town and she arranged for it to be fixed while she was there! We had Lindsay clean our vacation home (3bedrooms/2.5baths) after our relatives stayed for a few days, then we came to the place after she cleaned. She did an immaculate job, and I’m very pleased by how responsive she was throughout the arrangements process.
