I would just like to say WELL DONE! The lamb that was cooked on the spit was absolutely delicious and tender; it fell right off the bone as we were eating it. I also got raving reviews about the vegetables, slaw, green salad and the dumplings. The staff was amazing and a real pleasure to deal with on the night. I will definitely not hesitate to contact Lindiwe Events again for any of my future catering needs and I will certainly be spreading the word! I would also like to thank Lindiwe Events for making the admin side an absolute pleasure for me as a client. They always answered any of my queries or questions promptly and put my mind at ease with their swift response and solution to my last-minute catering crisis!
