I visited numerous doctors, therapists and counsellors at great cost. Everything I tried made me worse, at best a little relaxed during a session but worse as soon as I left.

After I found The Linden Method, it clicked with me as soon as I read the manual. Here was a man who had lived through what I had and more and could explain it in a way that made sense. After months housebound, I was outside within the week again and back to work a short time later.
