Our family did a Christmas Lights tour this year with Limo Party DFW. From the start, everything went very smoothly and our driver JC was extremely courteous and professional. Some of us girls needed to stop a couple of times for bathroom breaks and he knew just where to go. Our limo showed up on time and was stocked with ice and glasses. Our carriage rides to see Christmas lights were cancelled at the last minute, due to weather. Party limo was able to accommodate us within just a few hours, with a limousine large enough to fit our whole family!  Cecil was a fabulous driver, he was early, super friendly, and he took us to places in Highland Park we'd never seen before - and we've been doing this for years!  We had a wonderful time!  We'll definitely consider them for future transportation needs! I booked a limo for a night out on the town for my husband's birthday two weeks ago and it was better than I had hoped for! Cheryl was extremely helpful in explaining how everything worked and answering all my questions. She even gave me ideas of where to go and how many stops would be ideal for the time frame we were booking the limo. The day of, our driver was on time, drove safely, and was very friendly and professional. The limo itself was clean, comfortable, and there was nothing that we were lacking. The service and experience provided by Cheryl, at the home office, and Mark, the driver, were second to none.  We had a bit of an unorthodox request (driving to a different city and staying the night for a football game) and Limo Party went above-and-beyond catering to our every need.  Cheryl made booking and payment incredibly simple and consistently touched base to make everything was as smooth as possible.  Mark was very accommodating, making as many stops as requested and having a great attitude the entire time.  Overall, I could not have asked for a better party bus experience.  Will be using them again in the future! I can not say enough great things about our experience! I was SO fearful in booking because we've had nightmare experiences with limo company's out here in CA. We flew in this weekend, 9/6, from California for my sisters bachelorette and booked a party bus for Friday and Saturday nights! From the time I had originally spoke with Cheryl til our final stop Saturday night everything was perfect! Cheryl was so helpful and informative with the booking process and made it all so easy! She was so friendly and kind that it felt like we had known her for years! The bus I had originally rented had to be put in the shop and they called me immediately and explained everything and I'm so happy they had! They made sure instead of risking a bus that may have an issue while we were out to give us a bus that wouldn't have any issues! I so appreciate that. And for the inconvenience and us not having the bus originally booked they upgraded us for Saturday night! Beyond amazing!  Our drivers Richard (Friday) and Mark (Saturday) were early to pick up, which is always appreciated! They were great with getting us everywhere and on time. im extremely late on my review..but i honestly had been meaning to do this since my birthday... the best service i ever ever had on a party bus. . the communication is extremely awesome... text me from the time they were in route until the time they arrived at the pick up destination.  i had the time of my life..my driver knew exactly where all the spots were. we didnt have to say a word.. my birthday isn't for another 6 months but im already planning to use this company again. i pray the driver i had still works for this company because iam requesting him... never been more satisfied.. Wow! From the start I mentioned to James, our driver, how amazing the customer service was! Dennis, who set everything up, was fantastic! It was a short notice party bus rental and Dennis hit the ground running! He was so helpful and went above and beyond to help me out! James was so friendly and fun! We needed a shuttle for our daughter's wedding in Dallas and hired Limo Party DFW based on Yelp ratings as we are in San Antonio.  They did not disappoint.  The driver was prompt and our guests who took the party bus back to their hotels all were very pleased with the experience.  The bus was neat, clean and the driver was patient with the singing guests who were in a fun party, wedding mood.  We would definitely recommend Limo Party DFW for your party needs! Was invited to view Christmas lights for a dear friend's birthday during the week. Limo picked us up around 7pm for a "3 hour tour". It was a lovely evening, the limo was one of the nicest I've seen and the driver wasn't bad either. The limo was stocked with a magnum of champagne, plenty of water and napkins. We rented the 18-20 passenger party bus for a Sunday wine tour birthday event. Mark was helpful with the reservations and even gave me a list of wineries we could visit to help us create our itinerary. Mark followed-up before the event and the morning of to touch base with me which I appreciated. He was punctual and also sent me text message reminders while we were at the wineries to help keep on us schedule. It was a big group and with wine involved it's easy to lose track of time. Our last stop of the day was a bathroom break which was very thoughtful. He dropped us off at the agreed time right on the dot. My daughter turned 17 last week and I looked all over the web and craigslist to find an affordable yet elegant limo for her party! Dennis took care of all the details and worked with my budget! Even though I live in Waxahachie it wasn't an issue or a ridiculous up charge like other companies were trying to charge to come out and take her and her friends into Dallas.Don the driver picked my daughter and her friends up and drove them to dinner and place for dessert then took them around downtown Dallas. He was extremely polite, even caring to text me and let me know when they arrived safely at their destination and when they would arrive home! My daughter had a fantastic time and after all the amazing night events I asked her what was her favorite part of the night? She responded, the limo drive with her friends!
