If I can give this amazing person 10 stars I would.

I’ve been working with Sydney for 5 months now and let me just say that I’m blown away by not just her professionalism but by her knowledge in the fitness industry as well.

I’ve been looking for a trainer to help me drop the 30 pounds that has been bothering me for the past 2 years and I’m happy to say that the search is finally over when I found Sydney. Her knowledge in strength training, nutrition, and finding my weak points has helped me lost 15 pounds so far and I’ve never been more stronger and confident!

I look forward to continuing my training with her and getting closer and closer to my goal :)

I’ve trained with Sydney throughout the year and she definitely knows what she’s doing. When it comes to learning new exercises, she’s great at teaching you the right posture and form and understanding where your compatible weight limit is. My favorite part about training with Sydney is that she’s really humble. She reminds you that it didn’t take her a day or a week to get her weights up or to see any progress; everybody’s body is different and responds differently. She’s really patient and understanding when it comes to getting out your comfort zone and trying difficult exercises, but that doesn’t mean she won’t put you to work! Be prepared to walk out sore and for the next 2-3 days after leg day. Sydney’s the right choice. So start today, empower yourself and train with Sydney! More...

Everyone is different - body mechanics, fitness, and goals. With this in mind every client's program is specifically designed for them. Focusing on various training styles; resistance training, weight training, HIIT, etc. we curate and design programs to cater to each individual client we come across. Along with private training, we cater towards adding in additional workouts you perform on your own time along with nutritional guidelines and help when needed.

PATIENCE. The most common struggle I find with clients is being able to stay consistent and motivated long enough to see the results they want. We're not here to sugar coat your goals, it takes a lot of determination to get to your ultimate goal and we're here to help you every step of the way. We're invested in your goals as much as you will be.

The most rewarding part of my job is being able to help those who want to become a stronger and better person than they once were. It is an incredibly gratifying journey that I am able to take with every one of my clients when they are that much closer to the person they want to be. It's not always about the physical transformation - the mental transformation I am also able to assist with is something I am absolutely grateful for.

We wanted to cut out all the B.S. and run a business that isn't after your money or forcing you to buy products that we do not firmly believe in. We started this business as a way to reach out to those who wanted to truly change their lifestyle in a safe and friendly environment.

My goal will always be your own personal goals. I'm here as an amicable friend, but most importantly a certified personal trainer designing specific programs to fit your body, goals, and aspirations. I am a powerlifter, bodybuilder, and ex-gymnast that specializes in combining various techniques and training programs in order to provide a unique and individualized program for every one of my clients. I have been an athlete my entire life and in the fitness industry for over 3 years. I found a passion through fitness after being injured as an elite gymnast. My unique background as an athlete and newfound love with this lifestyle in the fitness community has monumentally helped regain my confidence, overcome mental health challenges, and feel mentally and physically strong. This is why my main purpose is to help every single one of my clients feel empowered, confident, and strong not only through lifting but in their overall life.
