I’ve trained with Sydney throughout the year and she definitely knows what she’s doing. When it comes to learning new exercises, she’s great at teaching you the right posture and form and understanding where your compatible weight limit is. My favorite part about training with Sydney is that she’s really humble. She reminds you that it didn’t take her a day or a week to get her weights up or to see any progress; everybody’s body is different and responds differently. She’s really patient and understanding when it comes to getting out your comfort zone and trying difficult exercises, but that doesn’t mean she won’t put you to work!
