I met Seth in the fall of of 2014 after I had broken my right hip. I had three screws placed in my femur and he made it possible for me to walk after my previous physical therapist did nothing for me.

In 2015, my screws pretty much fell out and I had to undergoe a total right hip replacement. I continued to see Seth to help me with physical therapy because I trusted him and I knew he would help me get stronger in the hip. Because of Seth, he made it possible for me to walk a 5k post surgery without any pain.

Unfortunately, the surgeon didnt install my prostetic correctly and only 10% of my bone was attached to my prostetic. I went to three top surgeons in my area who wanted to inject my hip with cortisone. I discussed this with Seth and we both felt that was a horrible idea. I continued to see Seth to help keep my pain down.

Finally I found a surgeon that would fix me and I ended up having a third hip surgery on November 7th 2017. My new and amazing surgeon told me that If I would have had my hip injected with cortisone, my prostetic would have fallen out since only scar tissue was holding it in place.

I can't explain how much pain I was in but having Seth in my corner as my coach he kept my spirits up and my pain down as much as possible. Now that I have the correct prostetic installed, I continue to see Seth 3x a week for rehab. Not only does he continue to help me get stronger, Seth has a great personality and is very positive. I always look forward to going to my appointments because I know when I leave I'm one step closer to being 100% and it's fun!

I am 38 years old and I can't imagine where I would be today if it wasn't for Seth. He has raised the bar for physical therapy and I highly recommend him. I'm looking forward to many 5ks in my future and I have to thank Seth for all of it! More...

I tore my ACL in July and started working with Seth, to rehab it. I decided to have my ACL reconstructed and, based on my "pre-hab" experience decided that Seth was the only one I wanted to do my post surgery therapy. I made this decision because you see, I have been known to "phone it in" every now and again. Knowing that proper therapy is what makes or breaks your future, Seth wan an easy decision for me. Seth was often changing up my routine so I wasn't bored and my muscles were always challenged. Hopefully I won't need ever need therapy again but if I do, Seth King is the only one I'll consider!
