Do not use this company. The will mess you around, not respond or if they do respond, it will take weeks to get answers. They will apply for products you have NOT agreed on and will send incorrect information over to the providers meaning your eligibility for using that provider in the future is jeopardised. Not only will they jeopardise your eligibility with the providers they use, they will leave their incorrect applications open which will cause you issues when you walk away and start the process again with a different company. Their actions will personally impact on your lives and they will walk away with no impact to them at all. They will not provide you with the correct advice or information you need even though this is what they supposedly do. Just stay well clear. More...
