Loved the brisket, it just shredded apart. We actually ordered more. the ribs were fall off the bone. Pulled pork was pretty good. Needed the sauce. Liked the Philthy hot sauce but needed more heat. Caroline style was spot on. We got the 3 meats and 3 sides option. Loved the beans. Had a nice kick. Would def get those again. Mac n cheese was good esp the crusty cheesy parts. Wouldn't get the potatoes though. Just reg roasted mini potatoes, no flavor, no salt. Nothing special. Â Pickles were tasty. Staff was friendly and attentive. Didn't like the bar separate. The food was great but a little disappointed that the last few times I ordered the Brussel sprouts they were very hard and under cooked. I’m heavily into bbq and most BBQ places normally are a disappointment. I was absolutely amazed at the quality of this bbq. Absolutely real deal. Brisket is top notch and pulled pork is to die for. So good that I’d love to contact the owner and ask if they’d be willing to share techniques. Place is cool as can be inside and beer was ice cold. Really good food. Long lines always mean good food, right? I've been a few times when they've run out of a few menu items but that must mean that those items are really good. More reason to comeback! I'd rather have someone tell me they're out than try and fudge together a plate that isn't exactly how they planned it to be. Full of last minute decisions and lower quality ingredients from whatever their backup plan might be. Stick to what's good, if it's out, go back and get it next time. More...

We moved from San Antonio TX and had made peace that good BBQ was in our rear view mirror. Decided to give this joint a try and WOW. Blown away. All their BBQ is excellent, but the ribs are life changing. I can't believe this PA establishment literally has the best ribs I have ever had. Â Sides are excellent and the decor is just perfect. Wish meat and sides was served hot not room temp or lower. That's my biggest complaint. The pickle tray near water was pretty much empty too wish I had more pickles. First time visiting and thoroughly enjoyed it. Â Would recommend sharing the samplers as it is a lot of food. Â The Mac and cheese is fantastic. Â The meats are delicious. Â We were there when it was not very crowded so the personal attention was very strong but I believe they probably are always very nice and attentive. Such a cute place. We ordered the Philthy Platter and got 3 meats (chicken, brisket and pulled pork) with 3 sides (brussel sprouts, mac and cheese and potato salad). There are 3 homemade barbeque sauces on the table carolina (vinager), classic (traditional) and philthy hot (spicy traditional). The platter was $27.99 but they offer a military discount so it came to $25.19. You also get complimentary pickles which were great and optional buttered bread which we choose not to get. The brisket was very tasty and fatty, the chicken was juicy and tender and the pork was alright. The brussel sprouts were very tasty and not over cooked, the mac and cheese was average and the potato salad was my least favorite since it was too sweet. I know it's not food related but still important the bathrooms were very clean and they have a western theme. We'll definitely come and try the platter again with different options. More...

When you end your meal by saying "please take this away from me because I'm full and I CANNOT STOP EATING" it's a very good sign. The staff was so friendly and walked us through the menu. The brisket was some of the best I've ever had. White bbq? Who knew what a treat that would be?! They did...bbq wizards.
