Ever since I stepped foot in the salon two years ago, I’ve always loved the professional work they do at very high standards and are highly educated. In the salon it always has a very friendly atmosphere which made me come back again and again. I’ve done hair, manicure, pedicure, waxing and recently I tried Laser hair removal. I was always iffy with laser hair removal but Lily recommended it to me and as i trust her dearly I gave it a go and I was amazed at the result for my under arm and full body. I've been coming here for the last 2 years with my mum and we've been doing that because of the wonderful service and atmosphere! We normally come every 2 weeks or so for a shellac manicure and are always welcomed with a smile and hot drink, looked after by the staff and they always put the effort in to help me get the most beautiful nails (with all sorts of hand-drawn designs, stickers, gems, glitter etc - they do it all!). Lily also always makes sure to be attentive and remembers lots of details about us, so it feels more personal and friendly. I was struggling with finding the perfect hair salon and my colleague recommended Lily Salon.I read these reviews especially negative ones, but I wanted to try her service anyway. She provided a professional costumer service via email, we made an appointment and when I got there, they all were courteous and made sure I was happy with their service. I went there for a color correction but I loved their work so much that I bought 3 more services. They did my nails which were a perfect job, the color correction turned out amazingly well. I loved my hair….it’s like a dream come true. A perfect red! Their laser treatment was also really good in such a way that I booked 5 more treatments.
I went through the previous reviews and I disagree with some one star reviews. These are hard working beauty experts. Working at hair salon is god damn hard. Give them a little bit of credit for crying out loud! It’s not fair! If an employee’s English isn’t perfect, so what? They’re doing a perfect job. Leaving a crappy review cause you’re pissed off of paying these hard working ladies money for the job their doing, shows there is something wrong with you. Lily is a wonderful lady, an expert in her filed and is doing a god damn good job in her salon. One more thing: reading your negative reviews made me to become keen to try her service and I am glad I did. Lily got herself a lifetime customer.
