I am so pleased with Lillywhite’s services. Having spent 6 months trying to get someone to even give me a quote to fix the leak coming through the stairs and into my flat, Richard Jones replied to my ad immediately, sent someone round within 2 working days, gave me a quote a day after coming round and when I confirmed on a Sunday that I was happy to go ahead, the builder came on Monday to start the job. The whole thing was done really quickly and efficiently and the builder, Ahmad, went the extra step to make sure I was happy with everything. Just wanted to share feedback showing the before/after images on the service received from Richard Jones from Lillywhite Property Services who dealt with my rental property maintenance efficiently and promptly. My tenant is very happy with the fencing job that your team completed for me yesterday. Your staff have done you proud, they worked hard and really took care of the surroundings in order to minimise any damage to the bedding plants, shrubs etc. All in all, the garden now has a fantastic looking fences, new concrete posts which has also satisfied the tenant and the neighbours. Lillywhite carried out work for my brother where they had to fix an underfloor water leak and replace joists and floorboards that were rotten due to the leak. All work done efficiently and all rubbish cleared and left neat and tidy. More...

They were very helpful initially but I was not happy with either of the designs or prices they quoted from Howdens or benchmark kitchens. My kitchen is 150 cms x 231 cms and Howdens wanted £4500 (apparently that was with 40% discount that lillywhites passed onto me) without fitting.

Needless to say I did not go with them. Also Howdens measured wrong and after saying I could contact them directly to discuss making it cheaper I never heard from them again.

Benchmarks design did not even represent my kitchen.

Disappointing to say the least but the contact at lillywhitw, Richard was helpful but with these prices it was never to be. More...
