My first experience at Lilly and it was excellent! The staff are so welcoming and polite. Melissa, who did my lash lift and eye brows, pays great attention to detail and take son board your suggestions - she did a fantastic job on my lashes and brows! Will definitely be coming back.

I had my nails done by Sara a few weeks ago at Lilly Nail and Beauty for the first time. My experience there was amazing I definitely recommend the place. the minute you walk in the staff are so polite, friendly and very welcoming. I'd never thought I would say having bikini wax was a great experience but after my treatment with Jen I have to change my mind! She was quick, professional, very attentive and kept me distracted by lovely conversation. Waxing itself was as painless as it could get (having been to several salons before) and left my very sensitive skin unirritated. Also very cheap given the quality of service. Had a bad experience with dipping gel nails the first time I tried them, so I didn't try them again and stuck with Shellac. Popped in to get my shellac done and Julianna persuaded me to give dipping gel another try. I was very apprehensive as I'd hated it the last time, but I'm so glad she talked me into it. Love my nails; they look great and there's been no pain or discomfort. I'll definitely be back to see Julianna again for my infills :)Also got my waxing done with Carmen and she was brilliant. My first experience of getting LVL lashes and I loved every second of it. From the minute I sat down Melissa was amazing, she made me feel comfortable and talked me though every step she was doing so I felt relaxed and knew what was going on. Amazing LVL lashes by Melissa today. From the second I stepped in, she made me feel so comfortable and looked after me so well. She was so friendly and really made me feel at ease throughout the whole process, to the point where I had a little snooze... Amazing experience today at Lilly's with Melissa who did the LVL lash lift on me. This was my third experience getting a lash lift and tint but by far the best one. Melissa made sure I was totally comfortable throughout the whole process, and even tints the lashes at the end without that annoying rinse which stings your eyes. The HD brows are amazing! You can chose your colour, shape etc and Mel helps you if you're not sure. Melissa did my LVL lashes and HD brows yesterday - UNREAL!!! To be honest, I only had to take one look at her own brows and lashes to know I was in safe hands. Melissa did an ombre effect on my brows which I’d not tried before and I really do like it they look so neat and tidy - Melissa also talks you through the process as she completes your treatment and tells you exactly what she’s using and what she’s doing which I think is lovely!
