Where to start, I immediately fell in love with her photography style. When I first came across her website I noticed that all of her shoots had such a soft and light feel to them, like they told a story. I decided I had to meet this lady behind the lens, and then when I met Nina, I found her to be so incredibly warm and knowledgable. Our meeting felt more like going for a coffee with a good friend, and we immediately made a connection with Nina in our first visit. Our meet went so well, we booked her for our wedding that same night. She has been incredible to work with, even recommending the best of the best vendors who she's worked closely with in the past. In our wedding process we ran into an issue with our wedding date and Nina was incredibly accomdating of us, even going as far as offering to lend a hand on the day as well. Nina has not only become our wedding photographer but she has also become a dear friend of ours. She is so talented and amazing. We recently just had our engagement shoot with her and our shoot was amazing. Nina made us feel at ease from the moment we started, and so were able to act naturally and have so much fun. Nina carefully scouted out our location choosing all the hot spots. My hubby and I were so impressed with how she knew exactly which angles worked and where the sun would hit to best compliment our pictures. We just received our teaser photos and they are breathless. Words can't even describe them. Just as we had hoped and more. Flawless! I would highly recommend this lovely lady in an instant. You won't regret it. Well my journey with Lilly Ann Photography started in 2013. I spent countless days, weeks, months researching photographers and setting up consultations with each of them. Well I met with so many and dragged my husband through the whole interview process for so long he figured i would never find the perfect match. Well I finally came across Lilly Ann Photography and I loved everything about her lighting and the romance of her shots. I loved how she blurred everything around the picture but had in focus exactly what she wanted you to see. I hoped she was the answer to our search. Well i set up my consult and from the moment i met her i knew we would be long time friends, She told me how Lilly Ann photography was named after her grandma whom she was very close with. This is something we shared in common and spoke about in detail. I told her of my dreams and showed her pictures of photos i loved of hers and what my country farm wedding would look like. She shared a similar love for vintage shabby chic wedding decor and even showed me some vintage pieces she said i could add to my wedding decor. Well my husband arrived home from work we showed him her portfolio and he was sold. We both almost cried knowing we had made the right decision and he was relieved i had found exactly what i was looking for. Well my wedding pictures were more than i could ever have dreamed of. Perfection to say he least. Nina was professional and patient and set family pictures up in an organized fashion and the wedding day pictures ran so smoothly. Well following our wedding in 2014 Nina and i have always stayed in touch and i get so excited seeing all her new photography adventures. So it was a no brainer when my husband and i found out we were expecting our first baby that Nina was the only one i wanted to capture my maternity shoot. Well since it took my husband and i two years to become pregnant these pictures were really important to us. I decided we would do a baby moon over to Victoria to have them done. Nina had picked out several locations indoors and outdoors and once again she nailed it. Every sneak peak she sent me i cried with the beauty of each shoot. Well enough said you can see how much Nina means to me and my family to be. She has become a close friend and like family to us. Capturing all the pivotal moment that mean the most to us.
