I never met Skye prior to the wedding day but all my interactions on the phone were fabulous. We had a tight budget to work with and she made it work. The food was outstanding!!!! Her macaroni and cheese was off the charts, but then again so was her roasted chicken, the tri-tip and the ceasar salad...LOL. Everything was just superb.She also made the mini cupcakes, they were delicious and adorable. The presentation for the desserts was spectacular. WOW...A BIG thank you and shout out to Skye and her amazing team from Lila and Sage Cake and Catering Co. The wedding weekend started out with the Friday welcome/rehearsal dinner, for over 100 people. Skye listened and turned our vision, for welcoming our guests, into a special relaxing evening before the wedding day. Everything from the delicious chicken/carnitas taco bar, special cocktail recipes for lavender sangria and fresh hand made margaritas was a huge hit! Her presentation for food, bar design and table decor was fun and creative...what attention to detail! The wedding reception was just as wonderful with Skye and her team exceeding our expectations. The evening started with a post ceremony cocktail/appetizer hour to get the festivities rolling with Skye recommending the perfect combination of small bites for a warm summer evening. Dinner was delicious and fun with food served family style. Our guests loved the family style service, the variety of food and once again commented on how yummy everything was. Skye was a pleasure to work with; we never had a worry as she instilled great confidence for the entire weekend. Lila & Sage catering company did so much more than supply the food and drinks on our wedding day--Skye the owner, was our day of wedding coordinator. We could not have asked for better service throughout the entire wedding process! Skye is so thorough and efficient. She has many years of experience working weddings and it shows through her detailed work. Her staff is so well trained, hardworking, and professional. The food was DELICIOUS! We went with a traditional Mexican style buffet dinner and we received many compliments from our guests commenting on how amazing the food was! No one left hungry! Skye also took care of all of our appetizers (flat bread pizzas, bacon wrapped dates with goat cheese and spicy deviled eggs!) Skye coordinated the entire dinner, various desserts, and a selection of drinks, for a wedding of 200 people and she did so with ease. Skye even custom made gluten free cupcakes and churro donuts (my special request!) Lila and Sage truly made our wedding day so special, as there were no hiccups what so ever. She even coordinated my rehearsal the night before and had meetings with all my vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page! Our wedding was everything I could have imagined and more. Skye and the team at Lila & Sage are truly talented, professional and extremely hard working. Working with Skye while in the planning stages was a delight. She is very knowledgeable and I felt like I could really relax and not have to worry about the details. I really felt like she had it all under control... and she did. On the day of, the set up went smoothly and our tables were stunning! My dream of a big long table for a feast was reality... gorgeous! Everything was beautiful, and no detail was overlooked. When our guests arrived they were served champagne in the the most elegant flutes... again with the details.. After the ceremony and during cocktails, Team L&S put together a yummy mix of meat & cheeses and other nibbles, it was the most delicious and incredible charcuterie display I have ever seen. And let's just talk about the food!!! Our guests are still talking about it! The chef is incredibly talented... and my Chef/Restauranteur (now husband) was blown away at how delicious everything tasted and how beautiful the food was when it came out... (Get the Risotto!) The servers were gracious and helpful.. and really just perfect.. they worked so hard and they knew what to do and when to do it.. Their service was impeccable, throughout the entire day and evening! This year is the 7th year that we have booked Lila and Sage to cater our girls quilting retreat. We are so spoiled by the amazing food that we get every single year! It's always fresh, creative and plentiful! Skye provides us with lunches and dinners for four days and nobody has any complaints - maybe that the food is so good, it is irresistible! Skye told me she had a new chef this year and that he is amazing. I said, how can it get any better than it already is. Chip's creativity and preparation is simply amazing. My only complaint is that we only go to Murphys once a year! We get an entree, salad, side dishes and desserts. When we all sit down to eat - conversation stops, except for the oohs and aahs about the amazing food. I highly recommend them and only wish I lived closer to Murphys, so I could have lots of parties and have them provide the food! More...

I placed a last minute order 2 days in advance of a small party I was hosting, and was so pleased when the pastry chef took my call and told me would help me out. The cake, a simple 3 layer Round cake was moist and generously frosted with a delicious buttercream that was sweet but not sickening sweet like you generally get with pre-made grocery store cakes. Skye catered my daughter's wedding this past weekend. She was an extreme joy to work with. We are pretty easy going, but I did work in Food and Beverage management for 25+ years and I have pretty high expectations. We were doing a wedding a couple of hours from home, mini destination. Most important was finding a professional person, whom I would trust. Skye was definitely the person we needed. She worked with my daughter and her fiancé to provide the exact food and service they were looking for. The food was amazing, the staff was wonderful, efficient and friendly. Most importantly she was flexible and provided the professional service and commitment to the wedding, as if it were her own families event. I was able to share the look/theme I was going for, and they made it come to life with their props and all! And of course, I have to add that the food was AMAZING. We asked for a taco bar and they made so many usually regular items just beautiful. We keep hearing from our guests how good the food was. They were just so accommodating for each and every question (and I had a lot, lol). To top it all off, their team was just spectacular. I visit this place whenever I'm in town (which has only been twice - LOL). I do love their cupcakes and their macaroons are also good. However, what stood out to me this time was that right when I walked in the door they have these tea towels for sale that have the F word on them and quite a few other crude sayings. Normally I would just walk right by and ignore it, but a mom brought her kids in the shop and the kids were reading the towels. My boys were in the car and I wouldn't want them seeing these things upon walking into a cupcake shop. Call me a prude, but I expect that in other places, not a cupcake shop where I want to bring my kids. Left a bad taste in my mouth and a bad impression right upon walking in the door. More...

Lila and Sage to the rescue!Skye and her team really came to my rescue for an unplanned family gathering. Every caterer I reached out to was booked, overbooked or on vacation when I needed a last minute casual family (30+ people! ) dinner prepared. Lila and Sage were booked as well but were willing to help me out.Skye let me take the lead on the menu items and then the team went to work and we had a fabulous meal. 5 Stars is an understatement. Truly.
Lila & Sage was the first catering company that I reached out to, after meeting with her I was blown away, no need to look any further.
I found my cater! As well as providing the food service for my wedding, I also chose to have Skye be the day of event coordinator.
My husband and I went up to the tasting room to pick out our wedding meal and let me tell you, EVERYTHING we tried was amazing!! We settled on the Tuscan chicken, flat iron steak, and salmon. If we could, we would have had everything we tried at our wedding I was in food heaven, seriously.... HEAVEN!
I contacted Skye at Lila and Sage a few weeks before the wedding about being concerned that things weren't ready to go, Skye totally alleviated any anxiety or concerns - In fact, I started to worry that it was all so easy!!!!!
The day of the staff was unbelievably fantastic!!!!! Honestly, I don't know of too many weddings I have been to where I could recall the food- never mind felt compelled to compliment anyone on it! The presentation rocked as well!
My cake was to die for, truly a work of art. She was even able to make my tacky great white shark cake topper look amazing!
I cannot recommend them highly enough and would totally encourage anyone in need of a catered event to call them with confidence.

Fabulous is all I can say!! From start to finish Skye and her talented team are the absolute BEST!! My daughter and her fiancee chose Venticello in Murphy's for their September 2017 wedding (amazing venue!
!!) - once we met Skye, we knew we were in good hands (caterer, wedding coordinator, designer, and much more!!). Her emails often ended with "I'm here for you" and she was - every step of the way!! The food and cupcake tasting was amazing - so difficult to choose from so many wonderful dishes. Skye's expertise with design was immediately apparent and much appreciated - anything we asked about was answered with "no problem" or "I can help with that"! Lauren and Mike had a "vision" for their wedding and Skye was able to guide them and execute every step of the way - the end result was beyond our wildest expectations. So many of our family members and friends have told us how much they enjoyed the delicious (and hot!!) food, drinks, and Skye's personable and attentive team!!
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Skye - we could not have done this without YOU!!
(PS: when the unexpected occurred - our car was stuck and blocking the road that the shuttles needed to drop off the guests - Skye jumped in and said "I've got this, go and take pictures"!! In other words........."I'm here for you" included calling AAA for us!!)

Skye and her team at Lila & Sage were beyond phenomenal in every single way. From day one, after our first meeting, my fiancé and I knew we were in the best hands. Skye knew our vision for our special day even better than we did and I can honestly say everything was perfect! All of our guests raved about the food, the decor, and that the staff was attentive and so incredible.
