Life Coaching is overwhelmingly different from therapy or counseling. The Life Coaching progression is a partnership between the coach and yourself that addresses specific personal goals and general conditions in your personal life, relationships and career. Together, we assess where you are right now and where you desire to be. We then set goals and actions to fill the gap and get you to your desired goal or place of happiness. We determine what your obstacles or challenges look like as well as what course of action you would like to take to make those changes.

When we think of relationships, most think of a long lasting happy life with our best friend. Yet, people change as they grow. When people change, their relationships must change with them to keep the feeling of closeness, friendship and love. The success of happy relationship comes not in finding the “right” person, but in the ability of both partners to be willing to adjust to the person they are in a relationship with. Relationships take two. Without both people putting their best efforts forward, happiness is difficult to achieve.
Here at Lighthouse Life and Transitional Coaching, Relationship Coaching is centered around your emotional wellness, conflict resolution, building dynamic and effective communication skills as well as stress management.
We will address your challenges and goals, identify and discuss your patterns and obstacles standing in the way, set clearer, healthier relationship parameters, help you to get honest with yourself as we uncover new devices for listening and expressing your views and feelings. We will also assist in the revelation process of learning to let go when the relationship is toxic. Step by step, you will become more conscious of your behavior as you work toward greater fulfillment and your personal transformation.
Transitional Coaching is a process that is designed to guide individuals through a period of change to ensure that they successfully achieve their desired goals with that change.
With Lighthouse Life and Transitional Coaching, we will guide and support you by working through the realities of a challenging period of change as well as assisting you with your plan. We will also help you to navigate the major change in your life.
Health and Wellness Coaching
Our health and wellness coaches are not personal trainers, a counselor or a dietitian. As Health and Wellness Coaches, we help our clients to facilitate a process of self-directed lifestyle and behavioral change that can ultimately lead to a healthier you, greater life satisfaction, better performance, and a more fulfilling life. Health coaches helps clients achieve health-related goals, with a focus on areas such as behavior change, exercise and nutrition. Lighthouse Health and Wellness Coaches will hold you accountable and keep you on track to meet your ultimate goal.

We offer Individual Coaching sessions lasting approximately 1 – 1 ½ hours per session. We also offer group sessions as well as online coaching sessions.
