Booked a 2 person wine tour when we were in SW Michigan and we were so happy we did! Ray was our driver and he exceeded our expectations! Many driving services we looked at had scheduled itineraries that had to be followed but Ray took us anywhere and everywhere we wanted at our own pace, always waiting right outside for us when we were ready to move on. We used the service for a 4 person corporate outing. They organized a wine tour, and lunch at a local brewery. Our driver, Carter, was fantastic. I did a TON of research before booking with Lighthouse Concierge because it was the first time I'd organized a group for wine tasting in Michigan. The professional, informative and flexible services lived up to my expectations and then some. It was an absolutely fantastic first experience group wine tasting this weekend with 5 of my girlfriends. Ray was helpful in planning and discussing ideas with me before the trip and very communicative leading up to our weekend. Our driver, Carter, was kind and ready to take us anywhere making sure we had a great time. Some people have trouble finding our cabin on the lake but he was there right on time- I was impressed. He even helped us find fresh fruit, antique shops and karaoke along the way! This is way over due review! My wife and I decided to spend a weekend in wine country.  When trying to book limo services from our hotel to various wineries, everything was fully booked and the prices were outrageous! !! We were also told by the limo companies that we can use uber when we get there.  After checking into our hotel, we found out that there is only 1 Uber driver so that would not work.  We called Carlston at Lighthouse and he personally drove to our hotel, picked us up and took us on a tour of wine country.  He never left us fearing that we would not have a ride to our next winery or would he come and pick us up at the end of the day.  His service was exceptional!!!! He was there when he told us he would be!! He  was very informative about what wineries to visit and where to go. I would definitely refer him to anyone that is wanting to go to wine country in Michigan.  I also plan on using him again when I wife and I and our friends head back to wine country!! More...

He gave suggestions on which wineries to visit and what to expect. Â Ray was also our driver and what a nice guy! He was flexible with our group and we couldn't ask for a better service!
