I absolutely LOVE Lighthouse Catering!! I randomly found them on the internet and took a chance, hosting an event for over 100 people. Let me tell you, the food was amazing (so I heard)! We had such a great turnout with over 125+ people that I couldn’t taste it! They were so easy to work with, so sweet and within my budget. I highly recommend them for your catering needs! What’s your signature dish?
My signature dish is a beautiful Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast topped with my signature Marinara Sauce. Served with a light Risotto, Spring Mix Salad topped with Feta Cheese and fresh Strawberries.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I talk to my clients. I listen. I come to understand what their needs are. We will become a team and work together to meet menu and budget expectations.
What do you love most about your job?
There is much joy that I have when I know that I have made a difference in someone else’s life. Lighthouse Catering is a company that will light up your life and event.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Growing up as a Native of Arizona, I was exposed to different cultures in my lifetime, being raised in the kitchen I have always had a passion for cooking. I can remember at 7 years old learning how to scramble eggs in my Grandmother’s kitchen. My passion for cooking also came from my father who is a French Chef and has been a great inspiration and mentor to me.
A Mother of seven children it was imperative that I learn how to prepare meals that were made from scratch. Making breads, cakes, pies and hearty meals for my family. My children are all grown up now and I thought to myself why not keep doing what I love and start a business.
