Can't speak more highly of Lift! I've taken classes from both Niamh and Shauna who are both super encouraging and professional. I didn't have much lifting experience before coming to Lift and since day 1 I have felt welcomed by everyone in the class - no one is competitive or judgmental. The classes are really challenging and fun and I leave feeling physically and mentally strong. I don't even live/work nearby but make it a priority to come to the classes at Lift because I genuinely enjoy it so much. More...

I've been training with Niamh at Lift for six months now, and the difference it has made to my life is pretty immeasurable. I've changed not only my outlook on exercise but my whole attitude to food – honestly, if I hadn't started at Lift I think I'd still be a fairly unhappy person. (And I don't just mean because I lost weight.) There's such a deadly group atmosphere, classes are really good fun and Niamh is so encouraging and supportive. I'd recommend anyone give it a go. When you look in the mirror and see your body shape changing for the better, you know no matter how hard your lift session is, every single session is worth it Nothing comes easy..it all comes down to how hard you really want it Feeling better in my 30's than I ever did in my 20's ...I started training @liftdublin7 nearly 9 months ago now, doing @shaunafitz15 's group PT course and I have to say, I have Shauna to thank for getting me this far ..I tried everything in my 20's and I've seen more results in the last 9 months than ever before..
