She had made my wedding day goes smooth and I had the BEST day because she took care of everything behind the scenes. The first time we met, I liked her. She came very equiped and ready to start. She came with me to all of my meetings, she helped me negotiating prices with the vendors, gave me an ideas, helped with everything and even gave me some gift to decorate my guests book table.....I was really late with the guests list and I sent to her on the morning day of the wedding at 5am. she woke up early and went to print my it on her PJ's this woman is very devoted and caring. She did her best to make our day runs smooth, she is going to be in our family events for life....I am really grateful....I grantee you will not regret hiring her for your event...

Rinna was referred to me by another planner who was already booked and I am so happy that it worked out this way. I booked her for Day Of Coordination of my wedding reception.  Rinna and her husband met with us several times leading up to the day to review vendor contracts,  discuss timeline, and she gave me some guidance on things I hadn't thought of beforehand.  She really shined on the day of my reception beginning with setup. She was the main point of contact with all my vendors so I didn't have to worry about details or handling any emergencies.  She kept me on schedule so that I had plenty of time to get ready for my wedding! I invested in Rinna as a 'Day of Coordinator' but she was much more than just that. She assisted me for over 8 months prior to the wedding, helping in anyway she could. SHE IS INVALUABLE and I am SOO happy I got the chance to work with her.

From the moment I contacted Rinna, I knew she was everything I needed to coordinate the perfect wedding. She is passionate, caring, responsive, detail oriented and overall every bride's dream. She technically helped me plan a destination wedding. While I live on Oahu she is San Diego based. I hired almost every vendor Rinna recommended to me, not only the value of their contribution but for the prices that came with were very reasonable! Her connections were amazing! She was on top of every deadline that needed to be met and reminded me when things slipped my mind.

My wedding ceremony and reception were booked on a Naval base. Her suggestions and recommendations were all perfect for the venue. She made the complicated process so simple, vetted each vendor, communicated with them on my behalf and essentially made things easier for me.

Day of the event, I did not need to leave my bridal suite for any reason. I was stress-free as Rinna showed up hours early, answered all questions anyone had, communicated with all vendors, set up a beautiful presentation and handled every detail for me. I knew I could trust her to make any decision and it would turn out great! Walking out of my room for the first time I was in shock at how perfect it all was, because of her.

She coordinated the ceremony and it was flawless. Her timing of me walking down the isle was everything, I could feel all eyes on me and I knew detail of planning she helped with leading up to that moment was worth it.

The reception timeline was followed very closely, she kept every event on time to ensure we utilized every moment booked for the reception. She moved floral pieces from the ceremony to the reception, had each table set up with every detail I envisioned and even details of her own that were perfect and unexpected. She brought me a glass of wine during dinner, which really put the icing on the cake because of all the relief I was feeling after it all! Rinna knew I wanted to have the honeymoon or money dance at my reception and she was prepared with pins for my guests. She even took care of my vendors making sure they took their meals and much deserved breaks.

I don't have enough good words to say about Rinna, she is an angel on earth and now someone I can call family and will reach out to any time I visit San Diego. Wish I could do it all over again with her by my side. More...

I would plan a destination wedding all over again if I could do it with Rinna. She is every bride's dream! Detail oriented, responsive, flexible and caring. She helped plan my wedding in San Diego, while I was located on Oahu. My venue was on a naval base and she took care of getting all the vendors vetted for security. I booked with her recommendations for rentals, DJ Guy, floral and even desserts. I am so glad I did! Because they were the best parts of the night. She dropped off anything that needed to be at the venue three days prior. She worked with me for 9 months staying on top of everything from inquiries to payments to set up and break down. I didn't leave my bridal suite until first look and EVERYTHING was set up beautifully, I had nothing to stress about! Their work quality, professionalism, responsiveness, value, and punctuality was above and beyond and definitely 5 stars! Rinna was the single best thing I did for my wedding. I booked her as my Day Of Coordinator months in advance of my wedding, but nothing about her services were simply "Day Of. " I didn't go more than a week without hearing from her right up until my big day. She took care of EVERYTHING. She referred several excellent vendors to me, went with me to all of my meetings, went over all of the preparations and timeline with each of my vendors for me, helped me to create the timeline and even did my flower arrangements, bouquets and some of the decorations for my wedding all in addition to the regular Day Of services she performed! Rinna was available to me 24/7 and made me feel like I was her full-time job. She is extremely knowledgeable and detail-oriented and very familiar with the military bases in San Diego and all of the additional steps that need to be taken to host an event on base. When we started planning my daughter's wedding a good friend of mine recommended that I hire a coordinator. She hired Lifetime Wedding Memories (Rinna) for her daughter's wedding and gave me her business card. Calling her was the best decision that I made. Everything was absolutely beautiful. My daughter was so happy with the results. Even the photographer commented that this was the most stunning wedding that she's ever worked and it was exactly how she would want her own wedding to look. She help me find a caterer and scheduled appointments that I was unsuccessful scheduling. My son will be getting married next year and I definitely plan to hire Rinna again. I was on a budget so I hired Rinna as a Day of Coordinator and I have to say... IT WAS BEST DECISON I MADE FOR MY WEDDING! ! She will literally make your ideas and vision into reality. PROS: Rinna definitely was an extremely great help! My mother and sister found her at an event that my venue held marketing vendors. Upon the first meeting we sat down and spoke about all things wedding, from vision to timeline and everything in between. My wedding was particularly stressful due to being held on a military base. She helped out so much with getting the guests and vendors cleared for entry and finalizing. I would definetly recommend her to anyone. She was extremely organized and reachable at all times and had great ideas for things I couldn't think of. Rinna was hired as a day of coordinator but it truly felt like I had a full wedding planner.
CONS: My wedding party and I felt that she could have done a better job at explaining the ceremony and organizing the entrance.(Not completely her fault, our pastor couldn't make the rehearsal which made things harder) Also, she dressed beautifully every meeting we had EXCEPT the day of the wedding. I believe her outfit was about comfort and flexibility to make sure she was able to set up and I understand that, but when we got our photos back, her and her lime green sneakers stuck out like a sore thumb.
