I had a great experience with Lifetime Moving & Storage and highly recommend them. I moved across several states to the west coast and checked out several companies. I've read horror stories about moving companies, so I was pleased with this company that all of my belongings were delivered on time, with no damage and there were no extra charges tacked on at the end of the move. I had a great experience using Lifetime Moving & Storage 5 years ago when I moved to NJ, so of course I reached out to them again when I moved back to AZ last month. Amber was a pleasure to work with in getting my inventory list together before the move, she was patient, persistent and helpful. Then for the actual move Ron and his crew were great to work with and got all of our stuff delivered in the time frame he committed to (6 business days from pick-up) without losing or damaging anything. Lifetime was not the cheapest company I looked into, nor were they the most expensive, but they were right in the middle price range and delivered top-notch service. In Oct 2019, I have used Lifetime Moving & Storage while moving from Phoenix to Richardson TX. Service is excellent.All of the associates came to my place was extremently prefessional. They were very punctual . Took great care of the things while packing at originand unpacking the things at destination. They also offered storage facility. None of the items were damaged. Lifetime Moving and Storage just moved my wife and myself from Scottsdale, AZ to Missouri. My first contact was with Amber and she sold the company to me. She was terrific in all aspects in helping us. The Gold Star packing was done by Ralph and his crew as they picked up our items and very securely packed them properly. Ralph was terrific and interacted with me openly and honestly. He was most helpful. The goods were delivered by driver Ron and he was wonderful. He was informative and prompt and efficient. All in all, this was a wonderful move. The items were all packed very securely. Security was never a concern. All is not yet unpacked by me but nothing has been damaged. We contacted Lifetime and found Amber who sold us on the company. She was terrific and help us all of the way organize the move from Scottsdale, AZ to Missouri. She was just terrific. Ralph was the Gold Star packer who came for the pickup. He was great! He communicated with us honestly and was very helpful. The packing was careful and meticulous. Ron was the driver who carefully called me to arrange the delivery date. He arrived as promised on time and he was absolutely wonderful. He was very careful in unloading the Van. He was easy to talk with and I felt very confident in his handling of our possessions. The move was wonderful. All is not yet unpacked but as best I can tell, nothing was damaged. We recently used Lifetime Moving and Storage to move from Scottsdale, AZ to Flagstaff, AZ into a recently purchased Townhome. Our move was flawless from the initial contact (Amanda) the operations facilitator Amy, to our fantastic crew; Joe, Dale and Miguel. We were very happy with the quote and working with them made the stress of moving a breeze. The guys were very courteous, conscientious and quite pleasant to have around. My experience with Lifetime was all I could ask for during my move from Tempe, AZ to Austin, TX. Pickup was very smooth and it was great that they could store my items until I was ready to move into my own apartment a few months later. The window for delivery is quite large (~30 days), but my things were delivered on the first day I provided availability. Ron handled my delivery and I can't rave about him enough. Not only was he incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with, but he made the process quick and easy. His semi was too large to safely fit in my apartment complex, so he rented a small U-Haul to bring everything the next morning and didn't charge us for that added expense. He was fantastic! Loved this company! Took excellent care of our treasured possessions. Great communication with the company and the driver while en route. They disassembled a bed and packed & loaded it and the rest of a bedroom set, then unpacked, reassembled, and placed everything where we wanted it. Great care to assure that everything we sent arrived and was accounted for. In 10 boxes of extremely fragile items (packed by us), only 1 small item was broken. The driver and his assistant worked quickly, carefully, and efficiently. Their price was far better than the other companies I checked out, and the cost was guaranteed – no last minute price hike. The movers were very professional in how they packed for our cross-country move. They used great care in packing and padding the furniture. Everything arrived in perfect condition, and within the agreed-upon timeframe. The delivery payment was exactly the amount in the paperwork. So we moved my mother to live with us. She moved from AZ to VA. I did a google search and after getting quotes from at least 5 companies that moved less than 1000lbs, Lifetime Moving and Storage had the best rates and customer service. Rep got back to me when she said she would and gave me specific details about the pickup and delivery.Moving day came and a team of 5 people arrived to pack a one bedroom! My mother is a very picky person and was concerned about her furniture. The fact that she was so impressed with the way they packed was incredible! She rarely is happy with any service, but this one she raves about. When it was time to deliver the furniture I got a call from our representative letting me know they were going to deliver within 1 to 5 days and every day after that we got an update! Finally the driver actually called to let me know he was a day away. By the time they got here delivery was done by 2 guys! They were so fast and efficient it took them less than an hour. They had put her bed frame together in the spot she directed them to. They cleaned up after and left the boxes torn down and taped together so we can put in our recycling the next day. Lifetime Moving & Storage moved a partial shipment for me from Phoenix to Orange CA. They showed up on time and packed my pieces carefully for the move. Ralph and Juan were friendly and kept us informed as they packed and loaded the truck. My items were then taken to be loaded on a truck coming to CA. They arrived on the first day I was available to receive them, called before and showed up right on time.
