Oscar is amazing at what he does. He was very patient and understanding. He made the plan easy to follow and made sure I understood what I needed to do. It was easy to follow and allowed me to still to tend to my family. At first I was fearful and kinda dreading the process (fearing the unknown) but after speaking with him everyday and watching his videos it eased my mind. Oscar is an amazing trainer. The biggest thing in this program from others is accountability. Oscar is my biggest cheerleader, but also nudges me when he senses I’m falling off the program. He is quick with suggestions and responds within the hour to any of my questions. He has been extremely knowledgeable and helpful as I struggle to overcome emotional eating. He also is a great motivator with his daily talks and demonstration of his own dedicated workouts. I strongly recommend Oscar and this program to anybody that is looking for a healthy change in their life. More...
