Fantastic training and 1st class Personal Training , provided by Alan Wilson and his amazing team of trainers , great attention to details on training, nutrition and a true VIP services provided, if you have a goal and want to reach it look no further, if you want to learn from the Best , and train with the Elite training team , amazing latest equipment and facility , I lost over 4 Stone working with Alan and his team and have become stronger and leanier and most of all learned ,what it takes to reach my goals and to stay there , don't waste your time or money ,you have found the Elite team to get there ! !! Lifestyle gym is a great place, I am currently working with Alan as my personal trainer, a hard task master, brilliant at his job, works you hard but makes every sessions really enjoyable, you leave knackered but really happy you've attained another step to getting fit and in shape, can't recommend it enough.

I had major surgery on my stomach 6 months before training, the guys in there brought my core strength back to normal with a fitness program that suited me individually.
