I have been a member with LifeSpine for one year. I have been personal training with Dylan Nicholson for the past year. Dylan is credentialed in personal training and massage therapy. Dylan is laid back and will get you through your work out with jovial dialogue and a motivating helping hand. I have lost 22 pounds utilizing the nutrition information received from Dr. Chip and Dylan. They do not teach fade diets just clean diets with proportion controls.I have never been a runner because of being an asthmatic. Dylan gave me the tools to be successful in several 5K's this year.I participate also in Dylan's group exercise classes but even though he trains others at the same time, he still keeps a eye on what you are doing and tells you what to work on next. Dylan's direction and exercise regimens are designed for you to meet your goals and are relatively simple to perform.Dylan teaches you daily exercises to utilize your body in the most effective way. He stresses the importance of safety when using all equipment to avoid injuries .I have also learned to stretch the correct way to help with problem areas from the aging process. All of the staff at LifeSpine have a masters degree or doctorate in their field with years of experience . The staff is friendly, attentive listeners, and compassionate. They care about their clients. They work hard to help you meet your lifestyle goals. I seriously doubt that you will find any place in Las Vegas that could come close to the quality of services that LifeSpine provides. This place is a gem. I discovered it after a car accident. I'd been in perfect health beforehand, with no aches or pains, but found myself suddenly dealing with minor neck and upper back injuries. Everyone here is genuinely friendly and professional, and there is a very holistic vibe inside. Rachelle has been my primary massage therapist, and she is simply amazing. I'm very hesitant about who I have touching my body (for the obvious reasons, as well as my own...) and Rachelle has been such a doll. She has all of the technical expertise you would want in a body worker, and she also has a sweet and nurturing energy. Dr Chip is a walking MRI machine. He knew exactly what was wrong my neck by doing a routine physical assessment. Went to get MRI and they confirmed it. Dr. Chipp has got your back! I didn't realize how severe my back pain was until I sat down and couldn't back up. We're talking shooting pains and stiffness radiating from my lower back. Seriously, even sneezing hurt. Dr. Chipp was kind enough to see me at a moments notice where he performed a battery of tests to figure out what was going on. I have been to several chiropractors in the Las Vegas area and I must say that Dr. Chip is excellent. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and issues. He explains the treatment modality that he feels his best for your needs. I think he enjoys his profession and his very compassionate about making people feel better.I have also taken classes and private training at Lifespine. Dillon Nicholson has taught me so much about proper body mechanics,range of motion,weight loss and being fit. His classes are great!Lifespine has something for everyone. I went to Lifespine in major pain. Wish I could say I left healed, but my back was not cooperative. Within 4 days and with an adjustment and massage, I am back among the mobile population. They are wonderful at Lifespine. Dr. Chipp and Erin are cheerful, energetic and have wonderful healing hands. I am so thankful I found them and will easily give them 5 stars (10 stars if I could). Lifespine has really helped me feel like I'm in my early twenties again! Now that I'm 31, I've started to feel the effects of gravity on my joints. Being a healthy person who trail runs 3-4 times a week and lifts at the gym, I never thought I'd really need chiropractic care. Now I'm sold on regularly visiting Dr. Chipp at Lifespine to make sure I'm properly aligned. I'm also a high school teacher and I didn't realize how much tension I had built up in my neck, shoulders and lower back.
