What do you love most about your job?
I am passionate about helping people and truly believe that no one needs to suffer; I love seeing people’s life improve. My clients are often really struggling when they first come to me and it’s humbling and satisfying to watch their lives transform.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have to admit my own life was a mess; I kept it secret for years; for some crazy reason I was ashamed. My life looked great from the outside but inside l struggled with depression...anxiety...disordered eating and suicidal thoughts. Even my husband didn’t know, and whilst we loved each other very much, he was finding it hard to cope with my unexplained mood swings.
I tried lots of ways to learn to control my emotions and let go of all the resentment and insecurities.
Nothing worked at all until I learned that I didn’t need to believe all of my negative self talk. I realised that a tiny shift in perspective, a small step back, makes all the difference in the world.
My life has now completely turned around...a huge weight has been lifted; I no longer waste time worrying, analysing and over thinking, I sleep soundly and am truly happy.
I find it easy to run my businesses, I enjoy amazing relationships with my husband, grown up children, mother and friends I find time for my hobbies.
I feel free.
