Q&As

I love helping clients discover and understand what is holding them back from the fulfillment they want to achieve, then how to overcome those barriers to move closer and closer to the person they want to be.

It's extremely fufilling for me to see my client's evolve and grow.

I am in recovery and will celebrate 10 years clean and sober next July. I was able to achieve this milestone by working a program that required I honestly admit where I was and where I want to be, along with a framework of how to get there.

I always felt like the program we used in recovery could and should be available to all people, whether they were addicts or not. This is what spurred me to get my Life Coaching certification.

The ten plus years I've spent rebuilding my life, my relationships, my friendships, and my career, along with my Life Coach and Recovery Coach training and experience, give me a particular perspective not many coaches have.

There isn't really a problem or situation I haven't had, or encountered, and overcome.
