I have been a client at LifeFit for about a year now. I use to have trainers at Just Move Athletic Club (Gold's Gym) but no one has compared to Justin Boswell. I never really knew how strong I was until Justin started training me. He always pushes me pass my comfort zone and when I feel I can't go any longer he pushes me to get one more rep, then another, and another. If you are looking for someone that will push you and help you obtain the body that you desire, Justin is the person for you. LifeFit in general is an amazing training facility with a wonderful staff that will get you where you want to be physically and mentally.

I have been working out at LifeFit for about 2 years now and have officially become addicted! Everyone is friendly and the environment is always encouraging. Jason is personable and really gets to know you as a person and an athlete! He pushes you in the best way possible.. which is exactly what I need: Guidance, encouragement, and a little butt kicking!! I have to say that this place is more than just a gym, its become a second family!

I have lost around 25 pounds and continue to build strength and muscle! I feel great about my body and love my sessions at LifeFit each week! I've been a happy LifeFit client for more than two years. Jason runs a business that is punctual, dependable, and respectful of my time and money. But more importantly, I've learned a lot about myself and my health. I was alarmed when my doctor first reported that I was trending toward high cholesterol and hypertension. I felt fat, old, and unhealthy. After training with Jason, and making some lifestyle and diet changes with his encouragement, I feel 15 years younger, my strength is up, my body looks stronger, weight is down, and my cholesterol and blood pressure are normal again.

If I had to recommend any personal training studio LifeFit would be the one I would highly suggest, without a shadow of a doubt. There’s not enough words in the world to describe how wonderful the personal training is and how beneficial it can be for personal goals you want to accomplish. My trainer, Jason Noel, pushes me beyond limits that I think I can handle and continues to help me reach my goals to my fullest potential. The other trainers who I have gotten to meet through different sessions are just as uplifting, positive, and encouraging with a twist of discipline and getting down to business, like Jason. They all truly care about their clients and helping them reach their success and goals set out. Every workout is different and keeps you wanting to come back for more. I, however, can’t tell a lie, you will feel sore, but that stems from knowing you gave 110% in a hard, tiring, fun, and powerful workout. Anyone who is seriously thinking about doing personal training, I highly suggest you call LifeFit personal training, you WILL NOT regret it.

I started training with Jason almost 2 year ago and have seen amazing results in that time. One of the great benefits of having a personal trainer for me was that I had an adviser to show me the way and to really guide me when it came to mapping out each session. Jason works with you and not only helps you work towards and achieving your initial goals, but adapts to the new ones you make for yourself as you progress. Jason is passionate about fitness and it shows through the energy and enthusiasm he brings to every session. His easy going, friendly personality creates a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. He makes each workout challenging, creative and he places a high value on correct form with each exercise. He motivates me to push past my perceived limits to get results. I have incredible energy, my balance and flexibility have improved immensely and I’ve found a confidence that I have not felt for a very long time. If you are serious about changing your life for the better, Jason will lead you every step of the way. I have been a client of Jason's training partner Justin now for 7 months. That's also now 62lbs ago. I started at 294 and I'm in the low 230's for the first time in 20 years. I'm the fittest I've been since I finished Army basic training some 30 years ago. Just this morning Justin smoked me on a workout where I could not even have performed the exercises when I started with him. In addition to our sessions, Justin helped me setup my own personal plan that I do 3-4 days a week and answers my questions quickly when I text him outside our session time.
While losing all that weight I have become significantly stronger, so the pounds I'm losing are all fat and not a bit of muscle. My endurance is light years from where I started as well. As an example, I started running again a few months ago and I'm up to 2 full miles running 12 minute miles on my way to the goal of running a 5k race and not being last. I'm looking forward to how fast I'll be when the rest of this fat sack is off my back.

Big thumbs up to these guys for turning a couch potato into an aspiring beast.
