I can't say enough fabulous things about Life In Motion. They are obviously gifted in their field, but beyond that, they truly care! I trust them with all of my website/marketing needs (and this says a lot because I am a new customer)! They are eager to please and quick to react. Understand sense of urgency, which is SO important in our industry. Know how to prioritize if something more pressing comes to surface. They really want to go above and beyond by understanding their client's needs, and follow through is exceptional. I have known Joseph for years, and I knew I was in good hands from the start. Heather and Tirzah have pleasantly surprised me with their knowledge, expertise, care, and professionalism. I have a glowing track record with this crew so far and I know it is only the beginning. There are a TON of marketing firms out there that say they do what Life In Motion does. I have been burned by a couple of them. For this reason, I was extremely hesitant to sign on with another company, but I took the risk because of Joseph. I've been the CEO of this nonprofit agency for 17 years, and during that time have overseen the development of a new web site for the agency many times. I have never had such a positive, informative, and pleasant experience as we have had with Life in Motion (LIM). Heather and her team are extremely knowledgeable and willing to share their expertise in innovative and creative ways, and she took the time before ever charging us a dime to come out to our agency, volunteering at an Open House event we held so that she could meet our staff, interact with some of our clients, and speak with our volunteers to get a good understanding of who we are and what we do. Even our IT guys have been impressed with her willingness to teach us how best to utilize our web presence. We got bids from several vendors, and Heather and LIM are by far the BEST experience we have ever had, at a fraction of the cost. She will work within your budget, and if that budget is minimal, will teach you how to do more with less. It is obvious that her passion is to help others, not to drive more to her own bottom line.
