Pep at Forever Young was my personal trainer for a year whilst I was living in Manly. I originally found her through Bark.

Pep is a great trainer. She thinks about your wellbeing holistically and encourages you to do the same. Her workouts are balanced across strength, cardio and stretch, and are engaging. She is always conscientious about checking your form and alignment. She listens to what her clients want and need at each session. Pep is warm and friendly.

The studio is completely private, set in a natural environment and has a good selection of equipment.

Highly recommend Pep (and Matt) at Forever Young Studio.

Pep is an exceptional personal trainer. She has incredibly deep knowledge and her application of it is very personalised to each clients age, focus, preferences and personality. She’s as caring as she is systematic. I hate exercising but she makes it an absolute pleasure and is incredibly supportive and positive. She’s very good at reading her clients and adjusts the program as necessary, responding to both physical issues but also what’s happening in someone’s life that week!
I couldn’t imagine a better PT. She’s one in a million. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

Been training with Pep for a few months and love it! She did a very thorough assessment during my first session and used that knowledge to get to know my strengths and where I need to work on. I frequently feel like she knows what my body needs more than I do (and then she’ll point me where to find resources outside our sessions). She’s always so positive and energetic which is infectious. It is a multi faceted approach. We start with determining and defining your goals and then get a good overview of your lifestyle, your time availability, your work/life balance and all external factors which may affect the program success. Then it is about designing a complete plan that is realistic and optimised to the time and commitment level you have available. Nutrition is important for most clients goals so that must accompany any exercise plan we devise. We believe in a great deal of variety of exercise not just for physical results but for ensuring ongoing motivation and program adherence. We want to educate and inspire you to really take care of yourself so you can be fit & healthy long into your 70’s, 80’s and beyond!

Firstly you must start with the simple & natural things like optimal sleep, stress management & lifestyle habits. Then it is all about the right nutrition plan tailored to the individual and an exercise program that is realistic & effective. All conditioning aspects must be considered such as strength training, cardio & mobility which is balanced with the right work to recovery ratio! It is essential to understand that every person is unique and what works for one person may not be the optimal plan for you!

As a self confessed health & fitness nerd/nut/tragic I love to educate people on how to optimise their lives to not only achieve a great body but a healthy, energetic and functional body as well! Fitness has truly been my life and to be able to share my experience & knowledge with people on a one-to-one personal level and then watch them thrive in all aspects of their lives with their new found health & vitality is very personally rewarding.

I pulled on my first pair of footy boots at age 4 and since then I knew health, fitness & sport was going to be my life. After a professional sports career and a degree in exercise physiology I knew I wanted a life dedicated to teaching others to be fit and well. I took a chance and started my own personal training business in 1991 when there was only about 5 trainers in Sydney! This is the only job I have have ever had!

Because from the moment you meet me you will see that I love what I do and I am dedicated to ensuring you experience what I feel every day... a body, mind & spirit that is fit, healthy, well, happy and living an optimal life!

We have an extensive online coaching and programming system for those people who can only train remotely. You get all our knowledge, programming and motivation! We have clients from France to New Zealand!

We make your immune system so strong through optimal health that Covid is not a factor!

Offering One on One and couples training only we are proven experts in fat loss, muscle tone and body shaping. Matt also has extensive experience in sports performance with specialities being golf, tennis and cycling.

Our philosophy is completely holistic and offers coaching to optimize all aspects from our 6 Pillars of optimal health: Movement, Nutrition, Sleep, Stress, Toxins and Lifestyle behaviours.

Matt has worked extensively with many business leaders to not only achieve optimal health but to regain work/life balance to get the enjoyment and fulfilment back in life!
