Over 10 tears experience of working with couples and individuals. I am passionate about helping people achieve their greatest potential recognising their strengths and weaknesses; moving towards a life where they can thrive.
Training: Professional Diploma in Counselling awarded by the University of the West of England. Registered member of the BACP. My Approach As an Integrative Counsellor is to work collaboratively with clients and draw on different approaches to try to match client/couple needs. I am fluent in English, Urdu, Hindi & Punjabi.
Treatment issues include but are not limited to: Covid-19, Isolation, Low Self Esteem, Depression Anxiety, Addiction, Self Harm, Abuse, Sexuality, Relationships, Couples Counselling.
