I've been a LAF member since its opening and have loved it. The gym is spacious and clean with new, up-to-date equipment. LAF also boasts two well appointed bathrooms, one with a shower ! 24 hour access and a kind and professional owner. LAF is what Brookside has needed. Well done. More...

Brookside/Waldo/KCMO peeps: i've been holding out on you. The neighborhood gym you always wanted has chosen us! (i've been selfishly hoarding the space for nearly a month now. ) But the leadership here keeps on slaying it with excellence, leaving me no choice but to rave: spotless facilities, fabulous customer service, true value (less than $50/mo). I've been at Life Adapted Fitness for 2 years now. I've bounced around at other gyms a lot not quite finding one that I was completely comfortable with. The hours here are great and I recommend this gym to all. Life Adapted Fitness proximity to my home is another convenience of the gym and I ESPECIALLY recommend this gym to everyone in the greater Brookside area. More...

This gym is great for the following reasons: - 24/7 member access- brand new equipment - super clean- complimentary towel service - never crowded- great lighting- member controlled pandora and tv's- swanky design and a great owner (Alex) As much as I don't want to advertise the gym and have it get overcrowded, this place is the real deal. Well done Alex.
