We took my mother in this month to see Monica as a Mother's Day gift. My mom received the 60 minute facial, and her skin was glowing. She did not want to wash her face that night (she did!), but we were talking about how amazing her skin looked and felt. This morning, her skin looked on point, and we want to thank Monica for working her magic again. Top Class. Very personal staff from the moment you walk in the door. Warm and inviting atmosphere. Locker room fully equipped with dry sauna and shower for use before or after your massage. All the amenities like mouthwash, q-tips, etc. Massage rooms are softly lit with a nice fireplace glow. About $85 for an hour. I recommend Anne Taylor. Her technique has been my favorite to date. I have been going here for many years now.  It was hard to decide to go in for a monthly massage but hand and foot paid compelled me to do so.  In turn, I met Liane Britt, the owner; she is a fantastic and lovely human being.  Her staff is talented, personable, delightful and respectful.  This is my one "me time" thing that I do and I so look forward to it.  It makes a huge difference in my life.  They are fabulous.  You need to try it too. Anne, gave me the most amazing massage, She has strong hands. I highly recommend her. Cecelia, did a nice job on my facial. My one draw back was the bathroom was separated the change room. Nobody showed me the front lounge area so I was stuck in the change room waiting for my next service. The front desk were kind and considerate except explaining the front waiting area. I want thank my esthetician, Monica, for doing an excellent job on my facial and my mother's as well.Monica was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable when conducting my facial. She asked for any concerns and questions, and she recommended a peel for my skin that really made my face glow. My mother was also so impressed with Monica's talent/craft in ensuring that our needs were met. We both left the spa very satisfied and happy. We noticed right away (RIGHT AWAY, REALLY) the difference in our skin. My face felt so clean, glowy, and dewy (if that makes sense.) The front desk ladies were both very kind and courteous as well. From the minute that I walked in and was greeted by Adrianna, I knew that I was in for a treat!My massage with Janell was the best. Her swedish massage did the trick. She aptly targeted the problem areas! We booked a session with Janell for my hubby for this weekend and I am anxious for his take on it!The spa facility is calming and relaxing. Great little oasis!  Been meaning to try this day spa for years and finally got tired of being roughed up by the cheaper "day spas" massage therapists with little or no idea how to apply proper pressure during treatment.  Kudos to Kristine who was attentive and thorough.  The atmosphere was relaxing and the spa is very clean.  Sat in the sauna which was a nice bonus.  The only thing I would change is to have wash clothes available for the shower.  Love that they are a one stop shop!  Booked a facial treatment and was placed in a drawing to win free services.  Nice!  Plus everyone there was super courteous.  Really bums me out when staff is not helpful or friendly. Since 2002 i have been going to one place for my hair cut, so I was really impressed the way Sohila cut my hair.  She was pro at it. She took her time and did my hair cut better then my  barber .  I was impressed with her talent.  The only reason I end up there because was i had to go to a wedding and my barber was booked and she was close to my work place in san ramon.  Everyone at d wedding love my hair cut.  Since then she has been a go to person. I very much enjoyed my massage, Angela was awesome! Every other place I've always gone it seems like I get the chatty massage therapists that wanna talk to me the whole time Angela just let me relax and recharge! I only have 4 stars because booking wasn't the best...I had called and left messages twice to book myself and my friends services with no return call I finally got a live person to book appointments then the day before they called and the appointment times were not what I was originally scheduled luckily my friends child care was able to change their schedule so we could make that appointment time. I scheduled a couples massage via email. Krysten was kind enough to make room for us on a busy weekend. When you get there, they check you in and ask you to fill out paperwork in the locker room. The locker room was spacious, organized, and clean. They even provide some basic men's essentials to use like gel and lotion.After 10 minutes, Aria knocked on my door and led me and my girl to the couples table. I am so excited to have discovered Bodylines. Today is my first time visiting and I will be back for sure! Angela was my masseuse, and I had a deep tissue 90 minute massage. Absolutely wonderful! It was just enough pressure and she listened to what was bothering me before the massage. She spent time with me asking questions as we went along to make sure she was hitting the areas of concern. I can't say enough about the spa, from the atmosphere to the overall gentle vibe. In addition they just happen to be having a special today for B 12 shots. Life is hectic.  For me, I want to find a place to unwind and relax.  My spa experience was very positive.  The environment is calm and relaxed, without being pretentious.  The ladies up front are welcoming and gracious.  I met Stephanie today and she gave me a great massage.  First off, she listened to what I needed.  She gave me the opportunity to ask for more or less pressure during the massage.  The music was relaxed and calming and dimmer lights made the room perfect.  The massage table was heated and she always kept me covered and warm.  Essential oils were offered and there were no strong smells in the spa (if you are sensitive). I would like to add that I had reached out to the spa online to make an appointment and heard back in 2 hours. I had to call and leave a message one day and my call was responded to in about an hour. I am very impressed with the customer service!  I realize it may cost a little more but the environment, customer service and great selection of services is worth it, to me. More...
