Bill was a nice guy at first, but took a part payment on good faith, never sent a receipt and then didn't show up to do the work as agreed. I got no information as to why. After contacting him, he had no idea who I was then said he was too busy. He has now agreed to do the work a week later. If he does a good job and on time then I will change this review. More...
