Ashley Sodano of Liberty Travel Woodbridge planned for us a once-in-a-lifetime honeymoon to Athens and Santorini.From the beginning of the planning process, Ashley considered our priorities. She listened, gave suggestions and advice and was constantly in contact with us. She projected confidence and familiarity about our destinations in Greece even down to details of our excursions. Ashley knew how to balance sight-seeing with plenty of relaxation. Always calm and confident, Ashley relaxed us when we were nervous at times planning and once while traveling. She was always a phone call away. Our conversations with Ashley in-person at her desk or over the phone were always super-smiley, informative and efficient. She valued our time and knew when we wanted fast, quick answers or a more in-depth conversation. Our questions, no matter how small, were always answered thoroughly. She explained things clearly if we were confused. Throughout our months of interactions, Ashley would reply to emails or phone messages within minutes.Ashley made our payments convenient for us.While in Greece, every transfer/taxi pickup time was correct and every excursion was wonderful and as we expected. When we were nervous about a transfer pickup time for the following morning and could not get in touch with the transportation service in Greece, we called Ashley who immediately quadruple-checked it and called us right back to confirm the original plan.We were picky about our hotel in Santorini but also had a price in mind. Ashley helped us save money in areas of our honeymoon we were flexible on but arranged the luxury where we wanted it in our price range. She refused to let us stay in sub-excellent hotels and knew where we could find quality at a reasonable cost.Experiencing the thousands of years of history of the Acropolis and Delphi was life-changing. Viewing the sunset from the water on our afternoon cruise in Santorini was magical. Ashley seems to love traveling and had, in fact, taken her honeymoon shortly before ours. My fiancé and I decided to go with Liberty Travel to book our upcoming honeymoon. We worked with Nick Russo in the Paramus location and our first time working with a travel agent couldn't have gone any smoother. I changed my mind a lot and was unsure of what we definitely wanted for our vacation, but Nick knew our first choice had always been St. Lucia and did whatever he could to try to give us the best, affordable options while remaining very patient. Came in to inquire about booking a trip that I wasn't sure I should organize on my own. I was so impressed by Jennifer Dietrich that I wound up planning the trip that day. She made me feel comfortable because she had answers to all of my questions and suggestions as to what would work best to stay near my budget. She even had suggestions for future trips based on my personality, which she took the time to understand and get to know. It felt like more than just a purchase. I genuinely felt that she took the time to get to know me and make me feel like we were working together. Additionally, she had a fantastic co-worker, Megan, that heard our conversation and through in some of her own helpful suggestions. Need a travel agent? This is the place to go. We have been dealing with NORA at Liberty for about 8 years now. She has booked many trips for us and we have NEVER had a problem. She always seems to get us better prices on airline tickets, better rooms and always gets our special requests honored no matter what country we may be in.
