Pulled a muscle in my back at the gym. What I thought was a minor aggravation wouldn't go away. The aggravation exacerbated to full blown sharp constant pain especially when I carried a backpack. Just thought I was going to have to live with it. Then I realized, I have medical benefits- let's see if PT can help. Was blown away by the high level of detailed and professional care I received at Liberty. John was very thorough in his exam and even pin pointed the exercise I probably did to cause the initial injury. 3 treatments later and I'm 90% better than when I went in a week ago. Good experience all around. Had a series of useful individual sessions with Cherri, which allowed me to understand the movements and exercise that would support my healing, followed by group sessions with JT which meant I could continue the benefit of having a PT stretch me in conjunction with my doing exercises at home. Liberty PT is, by far, above my expectations. I asked around for a recommendation and had several, but went with Liberty as they came highly recommended by two women who were dealing with my specific problem, Pelvic Floor Dysfunction and Pelvic pain. You really need therapists who are truly educated in this specific condition.The 3 female therapists I've seen so far are all very well versed in how to treat this difficult condition and very professional.Another reason I love this place, is that it is extremely clean! It's open, bright but the individual treatment rooms are more like what you would find in a pricey massage therapist's room. The room's are away from the main gym area, so it feels quiet and peaceful.It's also, literally a half block to the Grove St PATH.The staff is chipper and helpful and they even take Medicare, so it's affordable for me. Chitra, the owner and also a very accomplished therapist, is always there and making sure her patients are receiving the best care.Can't say enough about this place!! A+++ More...

We haven't seen Physical Therapy done one on one before, usually it's always done with many other people in the room with a Physical therapist bouncing from one client to another.
