Liberty Fence showed up when they said they would and did a fantastic job. A couple months after the installation, some settling occurred causing the gate to stick, and they performed an adjustment free of charge, fixing the problem. Highly recommend them!

I had Liberty Fence install my fence about 2 months ago; the installation was perfect but due to the fence/gate settling in, there were some adjustments needed. The owner ended up coming over for the adjustments and I really liked to that - gave me the impression that he was doing quality control over any issues costumers were having. Liberty Fence recently installed a 6' Infinity Solid fence with Saturn Scallop top (white vinyl) around the perimeter of my property, and I could not be happier with the work. The salesman was timely and easy to work with, the office kept us updated on potential installation dates, and the installers were neat and professional. The job took two full days to complete and it made our property look better than we anticipated. We were so satisfied with the work that we plan to order vinyl railings for our back steps at a later date.After reading many of the reviews online, we were hesitant to use Liberty Fence. However, we did not experience any of the problems that were mentioned in some of these reviews. Many of the negative reviews relate to installations that were delayed for weather during the busiest time of the year. Our installation was rescheduled twice due to rain, which I was very happy about. I did not want my newly laid sod trampled on during the torrential rain we were receiving. Our installation was performed in October so we did not experience any delays. If I purchased the fence in the spring or summer, I would expect to be delayed due to the backlog from other customers. If the company did not have a long list of customers ahead of me, I would probably question the quality of the fence and take my business elsewhere.Overall, my wife and I are very happy with our choice, and we would highly recommend Liberty Fence. My experience with Liberty Fence and their service keeps getting better each time I call. I thought my son broke the lock on one of my fence doors and I called the owner to send someone to repair it. Saturday morning the owner himself shows up to fix it, the fence lock turned out to have never been broken and it was fine all along. I myself was embarrassed but he didn't seem to mind at all, we chatted for a bit and he went on his way. Most companies would charge for a call to come like this. Outstanding company to work with. Two years ago, I got a wonderful corner property fence without any hassle and straightforward paperwork. I worked with Don and he helped me with everything from the contract to the permit and through all the necessary details. Everything went seamlessly and according to the timeline they originally set out. Recently, my landscaper accidently broke the latch on the back gate. I reached out to Don, and he was quick to assess and repair the moving part without any fuss. That's customer service beyond my expectations! First I have to say I love the fence so far. The down side is dealing with the company it self.  A lot of miscommunication, I was waiting for a couple of weeks for them to set up an appointment, I knew it might be a week or so  because they were behind because of the rain. We knew we had to clear out behind a tree so the guys could get behind there, we did the best we could, when I called I was told I had to send pictures for them to see it, which I didn't know they wanted pictures until I finally called to find out why I haven't gotten a call for an appointment. When I said, if I was told that I would've had sent it the first weekend, all I got was an annoying "sorry" by one of the employees. So my pictures weren't good enough I don't know what they expected, we cut off the branches behind it and cleared it out as best we could, it's a tree it's going to be in front of the fence, I was told they had to bring a machine in and couldn't get back there, so we decided to have the tree taken down. The guys who came were really nice and worked real hard, but the digging was all done by hand, no machines except for a saw to cut the fence when needed. When it came to the deposit I gave them one third wasn't sure what the next payment was supposed to be because it wasn't on the contract and I didn't get a call back, so I was expected to give them everything except for 250 dollars, which I was a little leary to do because they didn't put up the gate and I was concerned they were going to take there time coming back, we had to wait over a week for the gate, so we basically had an open yard for anyone to go into. I asked them to have the guys call me before they got to my house because I was 10 minutes away, no call until they got there.  So basically if you don't mind the annoyances of the staff not giving you accurate information or call backs I'd go for it.  The prices were definitely very reasonable, the guys worked hard and cleaned up after themselves and as of right now I love the fence. After diligent research we ultimately chose Liberty Fence & Railing fence upon learning that they extrude their own material. We had both Vinyl PVC and an Alluminum fence installed. From the start of the job to finish this company went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the completed project. The owner himself came here to re-measure once our pool masonry was completed to ensure nothing changed. The craftmanship of the product is beautiful. The team of installers were professional, courteous and stayed beyond normal hours to complete the work in one days time. Thank you! I received A+ service from Liberty Fence.  They installed a vinyl fence and beautiful drive gate on my property.  My salesman was upfront regarding the installation time due to the amount of jobs and unforeseen weather conditions.  I was quoted a 4 week installation and they were spot on.  With any vendor/ service you use, you just communicate your needs and your expectations, unfortunately I see many negative reviews but my experience was totally different.  Communication is key especially with a busy vendor.My installers Issac and Hector were professional and answered all questions immediately and made any changes I requested within reason.  They showed up on time & were friendly.  They wanted to provide a superior install and that they did.All other questions I directed to the office and received immediate remediation.I would use this company again. We had our entire back and the front yard done through Liberty Fences several years ago. It looks amazing and is still in great shape. However 2 days back the latch from the door came loose. We called them and were told someone will come over on Saturday to check it out. Sure enough.. Anthony stopped early Saturday morning and fixed the latch.
