Avoid this place at all cost!!! Staff are rude especially that old bold gym instructor he’s very annoying & always gets in your way when you need to use a machine save your time and money equipment is always dirty also 👎🏼

Great leisure centre comprising of gym and a decent swimming pool for kids and families. Located in the heart of Levenshulme with a walking distance to numerous convenience stores and restaurants. Great staff experience as well

Went there a month ago, a woman with a east european accent acting like a manager or something didnt allow me to do a couple of photocopies because there was a friday 'kids club': the photocopy machine was like 2 metres away from the reception and i was trying to explain that I wouldn't bother anyone going there and coming back but in a stubborn and over entitled keeping a fake smile on her face she just dismissed me like I didn't say anything or like she wasn't listening. I still remembered that and it was quite a bit ago, as so much her bad manners were out of order. Surely the customer service is the cancer of that place which is actually pretty decent, so much that I wanted to subscribe to swimming and gym but that treatment put me off quite badly, I ll have to think again whether to subscribe or not. Bad junior gym timings very hard to get to the gym on time when the junior gym times are the same as rush hour times (4-5pm)

Very unprofessional when you get there. They tell you swimming classes cancelled happened 3 times in less than 2month. Managerss need training.

My boys have been attending swimming and swimming lessons there and I can 5 star all the teachers especially Jamie he is such a dedicated swim teacher and very helpful always assist the parents at all times. There is a older woman on reception with shoulder length brown hair and glasses and blue top who has a stinking attitude working on 8th october 2022 and is quite argumentative not happy going into the gym knowing she is working there if she is removed I’d happily go onto site more she is ruining the reputation of better gym and making customers not want to return which in return will impact revenue … at the end of day I don’t want to pay when they make you wait around 20 minutes before you can use facilities due to being busy signing up new members forgetting existing members. Nice local gym & swimming pool. Good for group exercise classes too. Theres even a library... So you can spend a good few hours here having a productive day. Very clean centre.

It's excellent place to swim but how much do u have to pay to go swimming and can my 5 year old sister come to swim too? I don't know if young children are allowed to go swimming on the pool I loved to go swimming here every Fridays when I was in year 4 love this place More...

It’s alright gym is good However for Tomorrow I’m booking steam sauna, gym and pool and I booked two successfully however it says I’m not allowed to book the gym and says I have to book gym induction Staff especially one woman with short hair are rude accusing me of not booking the sauna when I clearly did Life guards constantly saying I can’t swim but I end up proving them wrong My current membership ends on the third of September so I don’t know why this is happening can you guys please book me at gym tomorrow Edit: I was treated very badly by staff saying I couldn’t use the weights and started to yell at me don’t come here worse than grand central
