We had used the TLC building services company to build our extension, they then forwarded me on to their electrical department. They offered me suggestions and the options I had regarding my lighting and practicability of how many sockets to have. In the end we went with 3 double sockets, 6 down lights and a TV Arial point. Liam came over and carried out an Electrical Inspection Condition Report. He was very friendly and polite and carried out the work in a professional manner. The next day he sent me a PDF certificate for the inspection and then a few days after I got a hard copy in the post for my records. the price was very reasonable and I will be using Liam and TLC electrical again for my other properties. A few weeks ago I enquired about having four spot lights installed and an extra double socket installed into my kitchen in Tiptree. They came across very friendly and booked me in to when it suited me. They came last Friday, well presented and polite. We moved into a new house and on the survey it said we would need a rewire. We gave TLC Electrical a call and was greeted by very friendly staff who explained someone would come over and price the work to be carried out. Liam came over that afternoon and explained how and what they would do and also advised us on lighting design and what the best way of doing the work to cause as little damage to walls as possible.
