I trained with Laura on the level 5 soft tissue diploma course (top level), and basically, she was the best in the class - say no more! But I will say a little bit more because she has an uncanny way of knowing exactly what your body needs. She is firm (but not painful!), thorough, knowledgeable, has a wide range of advanced techniques such as Muscular Energy Techniques and Soft Tissue Release, really cares about what she does and how you feel, and generally is an all round lovely lass. What do you love most about your job?
I love the variety of people I meet in this job and helping them to achieve their goals; whether it be to assist with injury recovery and pain relief, maintenance, provide relief from the aches and pains of pregnancy or just provide a some time for relaxation.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being able to work my own hours so that I could work around my family.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am a level 5 qualified sports massage therapist, so am able to offer the best possible massage.
I also offer home visits which I feel is unique and makes the client feel more relaxed.
