Went on a Vegas trip over the Cinco De Mayo weekend at the Tropicana, my over all experience was really good. Our host Mike, was a really great host. Always on top of things like drinks, food, roll call, etc. The bus was nice and neat, the drivers stayed on top of there job. The only reason i don't give a 5 overall rating is because at times on the road the drivers would turn off the AC , and at times it would get heated during the drive. Other than that i enjoyed the experience. This is the second time I've gone on a trip with Classic Elegance Coaches. Absolutely had a wonderful time! The drivers were safe and courteous and the host was friendly and made sure we had consistently good service.
No one went without. The bus was clean and ran well. With movies and conversation, I would recommend their service for anyone planning a weekend or day trip.
The trip itself was amazing. All of the details were taken care of: the hotel was great, the parking was not too far away, the pep rally, and tailgate were off the hook. Everyone had freedom to do their own thing, but for those who were new to this, these events were off the hook.

Yesterday I treated my mom to the ruidoso trip that Classic Elegance Coaches had for Mother's Day!! I live in San Antonio, Tx but I drove all the way to El Paso to surprise my mom with this trip as a Mother's Day present and the experience was just amazing. I couldn't tell you who enjoyed it more my mom or myself. From how prompt they are at pick up and drop offs to our host Mike who has super pleasant and made the trip a fun and enjoyable ride the whole way there and back. To the bus driver who also was excellent and very nice and got us there and back safely. Cleanliness of all areas of the bus and little things like foot rest and comfortable seats made the drive so relaxing for me especially since I had already drove 8 hours the night before. Not to mention how thoughtful they are to include drinks and snacks for their customers trip. Overall experience was Extraordinary. I visit El Paso quite often and I will definitely be booking with Classic Elegance Coaches for future trips. More...
