How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
Head height the type of structure and also the pitch angle , height should range higher than 2.3 metres.
Run us through the different stages in the loft conversion process - what’s involved?
Client to get planning permission and inform neighbours and to also get acceptance from neighbours incase of building onto party wall boundary.
Gain measurements via inspection and surveyor or architect will draw up your plans.
Loft is cleared and prepped ready to start job
Loft will be started and run according to timeline, always assess your rewire aswell for the electrics in your conversion

Began as a apprentice over 15years ago and gained the knowledge and experience and met the right people of different trades to be able to go off and do private works.
