Tek başına hazırlamış olduğum Ankara antlaşmasında breach of law gerekçesi ile red edilmiştim. Bu red sebebinin çözümü ile ilgili internet üzerinde ve çeşitli hukuk bürolari ile yaptığım görüşmelerde bu durumdan dönüşün hep imkansız yada çok zor olduğundan bahsetmişlerdi. İtiraz işlemlerinde (Administrator Review) tekrar red verilmesi oranın %98 olduğundan ve benim durumum için bu işlemin kesinlikle red olacağından ve yeniden başvuru ile ufakta olsa bir şansım olduğundan bahsetmişlerdi. Ardından bir tanıdığım vasıtası ile LexLegal firmasından Nicoleta Hanım, Hilal hanım ve Halil İbrahim bey ile iletişime geçtim. Kendileri red gerekçemi ve önceden hazırlamış olduğum dökümanları titizlik ile incelediler ve benim için anlık alınacak reaksiyonlar ile birlikte 2-3 adım sonrasında neler yapılabileceği hususunda geniş çaplı bir yol haritası hazırladılar ve bu durum inanılmaz derece beni mutlu etmişti çünkü artık ankara antlaşması vizesini bu ekip ile birlikte alacağımdan son derece emindim.
