Great value! I love the Lexington Healing Arts Academy. They have such a wonderful set of massage therapists. I always leave feeling super relaxed. Quiet, clean, and efficient. Everyone I came in contact was very friendly and helpful. This was my first visit. The young lady who did my massage was a student who expects to graduate in November. In preparation for the massage, she suggested that I disrobe to my comfort level. I really appreciated that. She asked about what I was expecting from the massage. Did I want it just for relaxation or deep muscle type therapy. I was very pleased with the amount of pressure applied during the massage. This place is great. I needed a shoulder and neck massage because I was having terrible tension headaches. I could only get a thirty minute massage b/c of the appointments for that day, but that was really all I needed. I left feeling much better and more relaxed.
