Dear Wayne. We're sorry you feel this way however we weren't prepared to submit a 'no win no fee' design that is too large for the plot, it would have simply got refused. Our offer to submit 5 houses instead of 6 still stands. 6 houses would not allow for enough parking, refuse and emergency service space, therefore would not meet your councils requirements. We still have two acceptable layouts for you.
