I had a joint personal training session with Lewis and a friend who has regular sessions with Lewis. With this being my first personal training session I was slightly apprehensive however Lewis made me feel instantly at ease. He pushed me to the best of my ability without making me feel overworked and uncomfortable. He constantly praised me for my hard work and corrected me if he thought my form was off. With Lewis I tried exercises I hadn’t previously tried and he included cardio with weights and also conditioning exercises so my whole body felt worked. Although I was achey the next day I felt a lot more confident and realised I was capable of a lot more than I thought I was. I would recommend Lewis to anyone, I thoroughly enjoyed the session.
